Website is currently under technical maintenance. Hope the offer is available when the site is back!

Does anyone know what the minimum term is? This document states that it is a 12 month contract.

showing tracked in Quidco for me

Looking through the thread, coral is the only one to have it tracked in Quidco so far - is this right?

When did you all apply (esp you coral!). Don't know how the tracking is reported back to Quidco from the Pru, but maybe the delay is something to do with the weekend?

I applied 9pm on Weds 16th. Policy docs arrived Friday 19th. Nothing in Quidco yet and have already raised an enquiry on it. As a Quidco newbie, not sure if this is a little early to get edgy but I'm sure they will tell me if that's the case.
  • I applied for it on Thurs 17 at 07:30 (well I was up early!).

As yet haven't had any paperwork from pru although this may be because I didn't ask for it to start until 28/08 and had to declare some treatment I'm waiting for.

Still nothing showing on my quidco account (i'm new to them too) - I was hoping it would once I'd had paperwork but looks like I may be wrong in that assumption based on other posters here.

If it's still not showing up by next weds/thurs I will query with quidco.

Keep us updated with how your enquiry goes.

I thought my ears were burning earlier ;)

I did mine on the 16/8 & its definatly tracked at £115. I've had my paperwork through - no mention of the offer but it looks like we have to give them a ring once we've paid our first payment - my policy doesnt start until the 1/9!

If you go back to the very first post there are two links to the pruhealth site.

Try clicking on the second to get the offer. If you then come out of the site and go back into it through Quidco it should come up with the free gym offer where the boots offer was before. HTH!

Thankyou so much, I've now managed to sign up! If I get the cashback from Quidco and do six month's membership, it will cost me the princely sum of £8.19 a month!

Just noted the following on Quidco website when about to click to access the Pru site....

Please note: Although the vast majority of transactions are tracked successfully, the network currently responsible for this merchant has decided to only pay 50% for any successful enquiries on missing transactions. We have expressed our dissatisfaction to the network and are doing everything we can to improve this situation.

So, I guess if this transaction is missing then you may only get 50% of the £115 back - unless I'm reading this all wrong.

Also, note that you have a 30 day cooling off period with the PruHealth so if you dont get your £115 back then you can always cancel within 30 days.

Thanks bashdem, that's how I'd read it too.

Can anyone confirm if the gym offer still available via the web if I choose to reapply? I'm not seeing the option anymore... £57.50 is a lot of money to lose out on for the sake of a new application!
  • Hey guys, I signed up on the 16th August too, got my paper work through on Saturday, my monthly fee is about £18, the cheapest I could find. Already have an AXA plan via work. Still nothing showing on quidco for me either, I filed a report, will report back if I hear anything.

After reading through all the paperwork the policy is pretty good, there are loads of benefits too, you earn points for doing healthy stuff, when you reach platinum you get 100% of your money back towards next years policy. You also get higher discounts the higher your level. For example, health screening for a male with BUPA Wellness is £250 for a bronze member, £175 for silver, £100 for gold and £25 for platinum. Platinum members can also stay at Champneys for £40 a night, (£80 for bronze).

You can also sign up to fitbug.co.uk for £15 which is saving of £65 and that looks pretty good, you use a pedometer and can sync it with their web site to report your results and in turn you’ll earn more points for hitting your targets daily too. All in all I think it looks pretty easy (with little effort) to hit platinum and get a 100% refund for next year.

    I’m impressed anyway!
