I have not heard a sausage from them they have taken the money no spam no confirmation or anything. Been checking spam folder daily How do you get in touch with them?

If this deal throws up serious problems for lots of people such as non-receipt of codes, codes not working or that they are only for London cinemas - it will have to be looked into by MSE as it was heavily 'promoted' in the email and on the homepage. Can't really have such a high profile deal going badly wrong.

i have tried my code a few times and saying it doesnt exist still....have e mailed customer services so will have to wait and see....

just got another e-mail saying sorry codes sent out yesterday were wrong, and giving me the "correct" code. not tried it yet as website not working

I havent recieved any codes at all from them but I recieved a confirmation email on 28th and the money was taken on the 30th

I have just received an email apologizing for sending me the wrong code and giving me another.But not for my OH.
I have both will play tonight to see what I end up with.
