    ok here goes

We was up nice and early this morning got kids dressed off to school and made our way to Stourbridge court. We got there and was met by our Bankruptcy advisor who filled the forms in and was there to support us. We went in and signed all of the paperwork (had writers cramp) and sat and waited. We were then called in to the cashiers room, paid our fees and was told they were the new forms so we didnt need to swear them in. We then waited in the waiting room for around 10 minutes before being called by the usher. We then went to another waiting area for a minute before going in to the Judges Chamber. He was really nice and said about the pub causing this and explained what our restrictions are. That was it we went downstairs had our paperwork handed back - job done we was bankrupt.

The whole thing went really well it is just sinking in now.

    cheers

    1 week to go!

Well, I have finally submitted online and printed my SOA, after weeks of filling it in, checking and re-checking that everything is correct; and I've still got a week to go before my BR date!

I have just sat down and gone through my finances and there is no way I can pay my debts, or even stay in my IVA. If I stay in my IVA I will be penniless for the next 4 and a half years.

I know I'm doing the only thing possible to clear my debts but it's still scary.

No questions to ask, just needed to put it down in writing.

Actually, I do have a question!

what do I sign now and what do I sign at the court?

    6.27 at No5?
    6.28?
    Section 12 - Declaration?

Don't sign anything now, wait until you get to court.
