Well I am officially BR and it took 4hours! There were quite a few of us all waiting, and a busy day in court! I have been told that the OR will be calling me today, and I have to say I am more nervous about this that I was yesterday! Just hope I dont get an awful one! The Judge was very nice and gave some good advise, so not as awful as I had made it out to be in my head! Hope everyone else gets on ok, keep positive!

Hi AG, 4 hours:eek: Aw bless, well it's all over now......hope you have a drink tonight. Best wishes x

All done, I've finally done it - I'm officially bankrupt!
    :)

Lady went though forms - all fine, waited 20 mins, she went to see a judge and came out with my signed paper work - all done.

She then called the OR office gave my details and handed the phone over to me, I confirmed some bank details and car details and that was that.

Need to save the next £600 now so my wife can do the same in June.

The lady just asked about assets.

The only asset I have is the car - she asked the reg, mileage, approx value - all details are on the form anyway but it sounds as if they won't have access to the forms straight away so taking details speeds up the process of whatever they need to do.

She also took bank account details, saying they would be contacted ASAP.

    All done too

Went into Birmingham on the train. Got stressed out as we couldnt find the court even though its only a road away from the train station!

Got there on the dot for my appointment. Waited about 1.5 hours before seeing the judge. Was £10 short on my £600! (just found it at home) but luckily I had a tenner in my purse.

Was feeling absolutely sick by this point (hungry as well as nervous) but went into the see judge and 2 mins later was out. The judge was ever so nice and wished me well for the future. He didnt ask anything other then whether i'd taken advice.

    I feel utterly drained:(
