    I'm going to court tomorrow, but they dont declare you BR there and then. The Judge looks at the papers at their convenience and you get the documents in the post !!!. Depends on the date on the BR document, but could be Falze +1 for May'10 (hopefully not June'10 - i cant wait that long with it hanging over me)
    I'm no expert, but i'll give you my opinion, my support and my experience. Its all i have.
