Had my OR phone interview today which was not as intense as I thought it would be, only took 30 mins and they didn't ask me half the questions I thought they would. Good news - I get to keep my car, and at the moment they have no interest in my wages (was interested to learn about not paying tax for the rest of the financial year - instead I pay it to them!). Bad news they have an interest in my home and are asking if my hubby or parents want to buy my share of the beneficial interest - considering there is only £1,500 difference between a valuation we had a while ago and our mortgage I'm quite surprised that they will look to sell our home for such a small amount of profit (which probably won't even be made by the sale - it will cost us more in fees etc to sell!). They want 2 valuations and will make a decision from the average, just hoping these ones price us down!!!

Good luck to everyone else going through this

I was officially declared bankrupt today at 9.50 at Bath....apparently the 358th person so far this year!

Big sigh of relief, finally all done and can start the rest of my life....debt free I might add!!
