I have emailed vodafone and they have come back with 50% line rental and a one off £20 credit for my problem. should I accept.0

Will the 50% line rental (for how long) and the £20 cover the additional cost that you have incurred? If so then I'd accept it. If it doesn'teither accept it in lieu of further or decline it advising what you would like.
