  • Just trying to catch up on the last pages, gonna take me a while to read the last 3 weeks threads so a quick synopsis would be good for me! LOL
Toots - just seen your post, thanks darling, the trouble with my kids is I've brought them up to be open and honest so they telll me everything! Stuff I really don't want to know such as DS's bedpost notches! !!!!!!! We have no shame here! In most ways I'd rather know than not know, but I get your meaning, but different to him as he is decluttering his thoughts/emotions to me (his name is Danny by the way - hate saying DD or DD, well to me he's Dan or if he is not doing what I think he's Daniel! But all his mates call him Danny, I know it's an open forum but nobody knows carlsberggalgrannan (LOL may need PenPen to change my name for me) in real life apart from those that I want to)
GnB - so glad LO is at home, like Lamew says you heal better at home, hugs. Thanks for the welcome back xx Discharged myself after my accident and they were all shouting doctors/nurses alike "she's discharging herself!" Err yes, would rather be at home!

Will look at the next page and try and catch up some more.
Jinky - doggy day care care? Remember you oldtimer?! And LESS of the graaaaaaaaaaan! LOL

Btw, does anyone else have a household member who leaves 1 sheet of paper on the loo roll, and then says they didn't change it because it wasn't empty? Or is it just a Mr LW quirk? He also leaves a little dribble of water in the bottom of the fizzy water bottle in the fridge, thereby getting out of refilling it and fizzing in with the Sodastream. Oh well, I shouldn't moan I suppose; he does do an awful lot around the house.

That sounds so like my OH. You go to the fridge for a drink, parched, and see your favourite carton of pineapple juice, and a little trickle comes out that wouldn't even be enough to wet my molars!! handful of cereal left in the box and put back, scraping of margerine, jam, peanut butter!!
He does change the loo roll though! So does DS1, but he's only 4 so will probably grow out of that when he's 13!

Just catching up on the thread. Not much flying done, went to a friends house after picking up DS1 from school, and didn't get home till 6. Boys were bathed and in bed by 8pm. But no school tomorrow, they have an inset day, which they thoughtfully saved for tomorrow, instead of the first Monday after Easter Hols, so we could have a nice long weekend.

Still not packed yet. Everything has been flund into the suitcase that I need to take, so just need to sort, iron, fold, check and double check.

Hope all is well. Hope al the DS's and DD's are alright as looks like there are a lot of you who have been in and out of A&E, or have had accidents, or are poorly. Hugs to you all.

Will try and catch up later, best get on the packing. I started reading this thread at 8pm and I'm still sat here, and haven't realised it's got so dark as I had no lights on at 8pm!

    Catch you later

Can never keep up with the thread - otherwise I'll never get anything done! But hugs to All :grouphug:
