Soappie - you seem very quiet lately? Hope everything is ok with you. I do miss your posts.
    .

Aww, thanks for thinking of me. I've just had my head down a bit recently - did a lot of writing last week then I've been swatting for the I/V this afternoon. Normal service will be resumed eventually I'm sure.

you can be undercover like soappie... who is also soappie on FB... no one knows who she is really...

It's really easy LW - just take out a free yahoo or hotmail email with your lame wolf in it and sign up with that...

Well, 1 interview decluttered and I'm exhausted all of a sudden. I really MUST have an early night tonight. I think it went well - they nodded and smiled and seemed to like a lot of my answers it just depends how good the other candidates were I suppose but if you could all send vibes this afternoon that they decide to pick me in the end that would be lovely.

Right, off to dig something out of the freezer for dinner, tidy up a bit and then put my feet up...

:sad:Well not done anything today (hangs head in shame and goes to sit in the corner and sulk).

I had every intention of doing it before I came on the internet again like yesterday but trouble was I forgot to come on here last night before I switched the computer off and so I needed to come on to get today’s list oops. Now I am on here so nothing will get done now but I might get some done later but doubt it. Oh well twice as much to do tomorrow.

Pigpen – re the photo it is not acceptable if this woman is nothing to do with the school she should NOT be taking photos of anyone else’s children especially if her children were not in the shot and she got yours in accidentally (which can happen obviously). What makes her think she has the right to do that when parents cannot take pictures of their OWN children in a school play, etc?

CyclingYorkie – I completely agree with you on the Safeguarding issue. As a childminder I have to have permission for this, that and the other where photos are concerned to cover myself. I could gain outstanding above the board and if there is something under safeguarding not right I could get a lower grade.

frugalzzz – as a childminder I have had a parent forget to pick up her child she was mortified I found it funny (eventually) thing was she was a sister in a hospital and drove straight home before realising a 20 min drive on top of the drive she had had home from a different town so instead of picking up at 10.30pm it was 11.30pm almost bless her.

Binky – brilliant keep up the good work and can you send me some of your motivation as I have lost the plot today – see above. Re the paperwork I would say everyone works in different ways (not much help to you I know). Where my CM paperwork is concerned I decide on the importance of what needs to be done and tackle it in that order. Where my filing cabinet is concerned I go through the drawer and do 15 mins and see how far I get and then start afresh the next day (this is what I am doing at the moment – sorted all stuff into relevant folders and am now sorting them out 15 mins at a time from the front to the back).

LadyL- how stressful for you not what you need - sending lots of positive vibes to you if that is okay from a newbie.

Okay off now to see what I should have been doing today :embarasse - well I did have 5 pages to catch up on here with - at least I came here first and not the card making thread lol does that count for being motivated

    Afternoon all,

I've been out for lunch with my Sisters and Ds2. Then we went to Wilkos and i bought two almost dead plants for 30p. I've repotted them and have given them a good water so fingers crossed they don't completely die. I gave Ds2 some small pots and took some sunflower seeds out of the hamster food so he can grow something of his own as.he loves helping me. I also cleaned out the rabbits, fed the fish and brought the washing in. I need to cook tea now and then pick up a PC chair from a freecycler later. Ds2 wants to come so i'm going to bath him and put his PJ's on so if he falls asleep in the car it won't matter.
