Hello, missing in action again, well no it's lack of action :o I've been doing sleeping in my spare time when possible including today. I am sort of plodding on, being quite good actually as I've made 2 meals so far this week that I have made 'extras' with for the freezer so we now have 2 chicken curry meals and 4 lasagne for another day :D trying to save pennies you see so we're eating in more as got into a nasty, expensive habit of eating out which is bad.

soappie I hope the interview went well

Got a meeting tomorrow, don't know if I am going yet see how I am in the morning. I must get the kitchen done tonight as it's a tip ***but I know it won't take long and just surface/being lazy stuff*** will make toady hole for tea while I am in there (DP out until later) will do some flinging from dining table, get my laundry put away and change my bed linen but think that will be all for today

Still giggling about 'bee sick' that's what I call it, I think it's bleurgh too :rotfl: .....only use it in cooking but DS2 likes it. I think I am traumatised for life from it as I didn't like it as a baby so Daddy put it on my dodies to stop me wanting them.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Evening all,
    (is it evening?)

    Just a very quick post:
Wednesday - Bedroom of Duvet-nia & Landing of Loveliness
    :jALL DONE:j:j

Hope everyone is okay. Will be thinking of L-L tomorrow.
  • DD and I had a lovely time out today. We saw the historian Dan Snow filming (and we may be on it :j ). It seemed like I was the only person to recognise him, and DD objected to my smiling at him :happyhear Only being friendly

There then was a huge crowd waiting to see a minor Royal. We didn;t stop around for that :rotfl:

Aaargh - wrote a super long post and then lost it :(

Soapie - Sending loads of job offer vibes your way. I know how you feel - I lost my job in January and am getting tired of going to interviews now. I'm sure something will come up soon! At least it gives me loads of time for flying - every cloud and all that :)

Ok, so my updated list is as follows:
    [COLOR="rgb(255, 140, 0)"]Wednesday - Bedroom of Duvet-nia & Landing of Loveliness[/COLOR]

    Level One
[STRIKE]Open the window and air the room[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Strip off smelly bedding and sling it in the wash[/STRIKE]

    Level Two
[STRIKE]Vacuum the mattress and air the duvet (I dangle mine over the washing line if it's nice)
remake bed with the clean bedding
Put the floordrobe in the wardrobe
Find 10 things to get rid of!
    [/STRIKE]
    Level Three
Vacuum the landing and bedroom.. starting at the bottom of the stairs!!!!
Remove anything that should be elsewhere and all the hotspots!!!
[STRIKE]Remove some dust bunnies and wipe over the light shades[/STRIKE]

    Extras
    HHI
    [STRIKE]Clean the windows[/STRIKE]

Will get the uncrossed things done this evening. Just made DH some lovely chicken fajitas along with odds and ends out of the fridge that need using up before big shop.

I have a MAJOR hotspot on the stairs. Its true - clutter does breed clutter. In my case, shoes are breeding at an alarming rate on the stairs :o

    Happy flying :)

Hi trying to catch up with the news on here. I am still not following the daily plans but have managed some more ebaying today.

It is still taking me about 4 hours to get three items on but hey ho. I will get there eventually. Gibble LW, would you like some of ours? We are still drowning in it despite about three years of decluttering.

lil_me I am another honey hater . So why am I pooh?

Also, hospital appt with DD, waste of time, just said nothing wrong as far as we can tell, referring you to another department. Why didn't they just send a letter???

Then, went into town with DD and her friend and had a lovely time looking at makeup, clothes etc. After lunch, off to the allotment.

DS2 had his French oral today and was fairly happy with it!! Was it your DD cyclingyorkie?? Well done to her! I read the thread really fast!

Love and hugs especially to L-L, toots and Diva.
