I've done all my level 1! I know that it's not a lot, but I'm very pleased :D

This afternoon I'm planning on spending 15 mins on my paperwork pile(s).

I'm not sure if I should sort out junk from important and then file, or file as I go. I've got a couple of lever arch files I am going to keep it in. Does anyone have any ideas regarding how to tackle the paperwork?
You should be very proud of yourself... now, what I suggest for the paperwork is that you come round here and sort mine out, so you have plenty of practice before tackling your own ;):D

I'd go through and sort it into piles (bin - actually, put this straight in the bin; file and needs dealing with). Do the bin stuff, do the filing, then do the deal with stuff and bin/file as you deal with it.

You may find that you want to rearrange your filing system as you go through. Toots suggested a great system to me, where I have A4 envelopes inside the suspension files to separate stuff inside them, and it's now incredibly easy to manage and use.

Does anyone have a couple of matchsticks I could scrounge? I need something to keep my eyes open.

No sleep again last night:mad: I'm really fed up - and I know it's just the anxiety element of my MH problems, so I'm getting cross with myself too, which isn't helping.:(
Have a day off, do something relaxing and restful and save your spoons :D. Most things can wait.

I've had a bad day physically (something has destablised my left side, and it's causing neurological symptoms and nausea), so I've let one of my colleagues in on the fact and he's being very supportive - I'm doing the minimum necessary so that I'm OK for the critical stuff (a call this afternoon) and I'll catch up some other time (probably about 2am going on this week's record!). It's not bad, but I'm determined not to let it disrupt things, set me back or depress me.

So rest, upbeat music and doing things that make me feel productive are on the list today (of course, because I can't, all I want to do is run!)

Now why didn't I think of that one? Although to be honest I have some weed and feed but I think if I use it there will be nothing left.

There is a lovely to see new discussion on the Facebook Flylady Group that regulars may want to read ;).

Hugs to all those in need, and vibes for LL.

Soappie - you seem very quiet lately? Hope everything is ok with you. I do miss your posts.

I went back to bed with a raging headache (and more cats than I appreciated!) this morning and feel like the best part of the day has been wasted, never mind. The TD is now on so the boys will have uniform tomorrow, and I need to do yet more ironing. Time to find a list and make myself do something useful.

    Afternoon

Spent a very frustrating morning with Dad trying to get an item listed on ebay  It's ages since he has listed anything , TL did not want to co-operate, then we realised his ccard on paypal was out of date. Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling TL but still can't list until he verifies his up to date ccard.

Before I went down there I did put DW on and have unloaded it since I came home. Done some paperwork, filing and the like and caught up on here.

Had some friends round last night which was good, we were discussing TF who is now exTF to us all  :D

Better get some more stuff done.
