Hope DS2 is ok now. I guess if KH has any real concerns, he won't be foregoing his weekend contact to suit his social life, will he ;) Guess he just wanted a chance to shout at you, but what a way to show himself up!

DS2 is absolutely fine and hasn't mentioned being sore or anything since I asked him on Thursday.. he is being absolutely fine with OH, which if it had been deliberate he wouldn't be.. he would be shying away from him not asking him to come play computer games with him!

He always wants a chance to show himself up and shouting at me has been his favourite passtime for years, the best part now is I don't have to be nice to him or ignore it because he doesn't live here I only have to see him once or twice a week for 5 minutes so I don't mind giving it back.. in a rather more refined manner and with less saliva and profanity involved.. the worst thing is that he will be grilling DS2 all day today and tomorrow until he brings them back trying to find something to use an ammunition.

Christmas stuff all put away neat and tidy.
    DD3's bed dismantled.. :D
filled another binbag for the wheelie.. they are both bursting already!

Hex.. did I ever tease you with pics of my bath??

Kazw, that's what DH's are for! Although prob not at stoopid o'clock.:D Mr LW has, as I type, just finished his week's pile, and is now sitting down to read the paper.
Boddy, Triker and FFP - hope you all start to feel a lot better starting from TODAY
^ ^ ^ Wot she said. And anyone else who's feeling under par just now.

Dad just phoned, Gran has broken her hip:sad:
:( Sorry to hear that. Hope she's not too uncomfortable.

SM fantastic dress. When is the Big Day? Apologies if you've already said, I have a brain like a sieve!

Froddy I meant to say before, the furbabies are really sweet! I like rats just fine, as long as they're not the nasty dirty ones we had invading from next door a while back.

Been busy baking this morning - I sent Mr LW off to the farmers market on his own so that I could get started, then when he got in, he got press-ganged into [STRIKE]assisting. [/STRIKE] washing up. Well, why have a dog and bark yourself?:D
Have made: Quorn, cheese and tomato quiche, apple pie, cheese straws, Birsay biscuits and tomato bread. I'm completely cream crackered now.:rotfl:

nope, feel free :D. We will eventually fit a freestanding, centre taps in our en suite but just not right now. Apparently we need to eat and the other boring stuff . Both baths are 1500, the one for the en suite is lovely (it will be once he has made the tongue and groove oak to go with it!), but with a mix of codes etc came in at £50 delivered from homebase :p. The cash we have got has been invested in the walk in shower because it will get a lot of use, the bath would be only me.

I am still envious of the skip dived carpet rods too. Did you use them in the end?

I am still a few short.. but I'll find them!

Kaz.. that is why I was simply unfazed by him being a moron.. it isn't the first time he has kicked off in the street for the neighbours to see, and hear.. but he isn't doing himself any favours. It is stupid, he has been gone over a year and is seeing someone else himsef.. but I'm not allowed to.. I would also be this rational and sensible if his woman had accidentally injured one of the children too.. I would expect to be called to the hospital though, but so long as it wasn't because she had them stacked dangerously in the car, these things happen!

after 5 or 6 years separated and HIM having 3 GF's, presumably fairly serious because he lived with 2, exH has finally started to be reasonable with me.
mind you I haven't had a BF myself in that time (not that he'd beleive THAT;))
They are such BABIES though - and spiteful.
Mrs C you have my sympathy...

    Evening all

Dinner is cooking (a tad late as I've been in the loft most of the day)

Sorting going really well and lots of trips taken down memory lane. I'll get it finished this week on a rainy day, if the sun shines I'll be in the garden.

Ok I totally got the wrong end of the stick when I read that first time and thought you was advocating waking DHs in the middle of the night to entertain you:o:rotfl::eek:

MrsC - well done on your sorting, how old are you kids?

Toots - shoulder is fine now thank you. Being sensible and resting it for 48 hours did the trick (and got the paperwork sorted out;))

Jinks hope Gran is ok, was you there when she fell?
