Riiggghhhhtttt lmao, complete rubbish. iPhones hold thier value better than any other handset and to suggest a seller is struggling to sell a 16GB 3GS for £130 is laughable :rotfl:

The Desire and Legend or any other handset in the near future will have zilch effect on the resale value of the iPhone.

A network locked used 3GS iPhone in good condition will sell for around £100 less than new so
    • 32gb 3GS = £449 approx
    • 16gb 3GS = £349 approx
Anyone that says different is talking rubbish. If youre "factory unlocked" then your very close to if not over the retail new price.

People are and will be willing to pay great prices for iphones for a long time to come. I would suggest you sell the 3GS before the next gen iphone is released at the end of June/early July as the second hand market will then be flooded with the then older iphone version.

not surprised if all people are seeing is a log in screen...
however you are saying a thread on a polishaphile site is the way to sell an iphone?
if they fired it on eBay they would get a good price no problem

mazuma offer £250 for that model of iphone,or £275 in Argos vouchers

Perhaps the screen only shows to members, all I am doing is commenting on what is posted, although the site is for those that love car detailing, there are plenty of off topic and for sale, naturally the poster knows about ebay/gumtree etc, so one would ave thought there would be know problem selling, just pointing out the reality, the resale value is not always what some dream about, especially now that the hTC desire and legend are around, no need to spalsh out ;)

but mizuma are offering £250 cash
im sure others are too but they asked for an IMEI before giving a price
so you may get low bids on that site buit there is a buyer ready to go @ £250
so the resale value is there
hell they offer £65 for my 2 year old touch diamond
