A technical problem logging in - Advise please

thanks for your reponse fermi. The issue has been resoved now. My account was accessible again after the mse board helper accessed it from their end. I am unclear what they did, but have made no changes on my end, and all the difficulties that I ws ahving, including the password reset page have now resolved.
I was gong to respond to the other comments left, and point out that apart from casting aspertions on me, when you don't know who or what I am, I can see little point and will let others draw their own conclusions. As the issue was clearly my fault, I will have to assume that I have little green men inside my pc who are deliberatle affecting IE in relation to MSE, and that they have finished for the day and gone home now......:eek:

No problems at all since the upgrade. I didn't do anything to avoid problems, I just kept on using the site as before.

Which strongly suggests that those who have problems should look to their own settings, rather than blame the site.

Just because you can't find the elephant in the room, doesn't mean it's not there.
