Good Evening guys.
Jo - Hope you're ok.
Session with Jobcentre advisor went ok, and I brought up a couple of things which she'd said last week, that I wasn't happy about.
She apologised, and all was sorted out
Discussed a back to work plan, and all is good!
Sober nearly two weeks now.
Cheers,
Sim x0 -
Thanks guys. I'm not going to say anything to my Mum. Just going to do the damned cleaning and if anything is said in the future I'll plead ignorance!:D
NRA - do NOT beat yourself up! We are all here for a reason. ((hugs)). And do NOT be ashamed!!!!

Well done Sim :T
I have not been about the last couple of weeks but really pleased to hear that you are sober for nearly 2 weeks now. Glad you have a back to work plan sorted.
Mr Budgie has another work focused interview on Friday, he is hoping to get back to work. He has just finished a Condition Mangagement Programme which he has found to be very helpful.
He has been suffering with anxiety and depression. Sadly this course looks like it may be axed? Which is such a shame.
I know from personal experience it is far from easy, but well done on being focused. Your posts are so much more positive than earlier ones.
Build on this and keep positive, everything in the end will work itself out.
Big hugs matey and stay strong and focused.

Eta Miss P big hugs and it looks like you have your plan sortedxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Cherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

Evening all
Just worked for 10hours straight!
Have got pizza cooking in the oven & have had a glass of wine (drank most before I saw about Jo's challenge). Bizarrely I've also reverted to eating BabyBels, which I haven't had for years :rotfl:

Thanks Mollypolly, glad to see you around. Hope all is OK.
Well done sim, delighted the interview went well and that you cleared the air with the advisor person. Good on you for not drinking afterwards.
MissP, I agree about keeping quiet. If you're ever found out you can explain mum insisted on coming with you to make sure you didn't overdo it. Good news about the boot thing too but take care. And good on you having a coke with your lunch.
I'm so pleased you had a good holiday Budgie, you both needed and deserved it. Enjoy the next few days off and especially the weekend with DS. Is MrB back with you yet?
Hope you've enjoyed the pizza HB, you may be tired but you do sound a bit better. Hang on in there.
Thanks jo for suggesting the challenge otherwise I may just have gone for a s*d it day. Hope others managed it too.
13AF please Sparkles.
That's me done for this month as I'm out with friends tomorrow on a planned nonAF day.
