    Hi kids

Miss P, thanks for scoring in June - even if i basically wasn't here it was still appreciated :)

Sparkles, please will you put me down as Target Free for July? Thanks :)

Normal bear service is not resumed as me & Mr HB have split up. It's for the best but i'm sure you can all work out that i'm in a bit of mess

G0d how totally awful for you, it might be for the best, but there's nothing easy about these things.

I really feel for you and hope you are feeling better very very soon

Lots of pages to catch up with, have been without online access since Thursday...

Can I just update,Sparkles i managed all 4 days of last weeks challenge you don't need to update me now but I just wanted to write it down :p

Am on 1 af day so far towards my target, have not been af today although only 1 glass of wine with my dinner at my inlaws, also Friday night was 1 can of lager and last night (hen do) I had 1 bottle beer before our meal and then shared a bottle of wine with dinner with my sis and had nothing else after :j so really moderate which I am so pleased with, I also enjoyed the weekend as much if not more than if I was drinking loads in the old days I would have got sloshed last night and been really suffering today....

Off to catch up,hope you are all well, although I have just noticed your post HB - so sorry to hear you are going through such a hard time at the moment, hope you are back to your usual self very soon :A

Morning all......2 AF DAYS to report....! Slept much better-still not 100%....does anyoone else get aches & pains when having time off (after being on booze for a while) from alcohol? I always get kidney aces day 2...lessening day 3 & general aches & pains...anyone else??
  • I have recently stopped drinking on my own in the flat, just a new rule i made up for myself ( i live on my own...). I am finding sleeping etc ok, but the other night i felt really p1ssed off for no real reason i could put my finger on, and the first urge i had was to go and get a drink.... not bells as such and i didn,t get any as per the new rule, but it occurred to me that for more years than i care to remember i have been drinking to damp down emotions, so now i have stopped doing that i don't really know how to deal with them....

Just went home and rode it out, and was ok after a little while.

Does anyone else notice anything like this?

    Am i just rambling:o

    Hope it's OK

I always feel a pain in my chest area and lower back, which i always think is a symptom of an impending heart attack!

    Usually passes though.

    Thank Goodness!
