Stupidly, admitting that I'm struggling
For me, it's admitting that alcohol has that hold on me that makes me deal with it. Have no idea if that makes sense
Anyhoo, feel better for saying it & will (hopefully) get through the night ok
Of course, it also depends how scary Dr Who is...meep!@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -

Hugs to you to, hon
Know what you mean about the evening looming, it's so depressing that drink can have that effect. Everything we can do with a drink is still there so why should it make difference?@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Just a quick one - it took me almost a year to realise a Friday or a Saturday night AF were no different to any other night without drinking alcohol. They were a night like any other one and what difference did drinking make to these evenings when I managed perfectly well not drinking in the week.
It took me ages to get this thought straight in my mind as the weekend were always drinking nights. Now I can manage them fine AF
Once I made this connection in my mind it made things much easier for me at weekends.
I'm dying my hear tomorrow as haven't been able to because of the eczema for ages - we're the dying hair bear bunch!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550
