Evening all, have somehow managed to stay af today, so 1 more for me please Missy P was difficult as we stopped at a pub on our way home from a day out (I had coffee!) and then got home and had 2 beers in the fridge leftover, but let dh have them and he is just polishing off a bottle of wine that I was tempted to join him with....I just really thought, do I really want a drink? and the answer today was No yay

Think I began well by getting up and going for a run as it always puts me in a good frame of mind..
