Thanks for your support on here guys.

I really want to be able to repay my ex - Girlfriend all of the money she's lent me - £1,458.00

I've set up a Standing Order, for £5.00 per week, starting next week.

Just wish I could repay her, all of it, today :-/

She's really helped me out. Wish I could make it up to her straight away, but it's going to take me a while to get straightened out :-(

You're doing what you can. You should feel good about that, not bad that you can't do more.

    Well done!

Hello, sorry this was my last update for this week's challenge as I have only 1 hour to get packed and off.

Sim: Dealing with DCAs is the most frustrating thing I have ever done in my life. I would have come off my ADs by no but don't have the courage due to having this thing haning over me. They can't be a**ed to reply to letters instead just send standard letters that claim that you have ignored their letters. They are trying to get you to speak to them over the phone etc, etc... I had BR date booked for last October when my BF promised to bail me out. I have since September been trying to get F&F offers accepted and at the moment I have 3 out of 6 paid and still working toward getting the last three sorted. It is very frustrating but I am just a) refusing to talk to them on the phone and b) every time I get a letter I send a reply hence my early morning letter writing sessions. Have done the full lot again today so hopefully at least one of them will amount to something. I always keep a copy of my letter with their letter in the file so if I ever go to court with any of them I have proof that I have tried to communicate with them.

On that note - have a great weekend - I am offf...

ETA: Sparkles - lovely to have you back!!!

WB - 30 for me please!

    Afternoon campers.

I'm not having a lot of time to post on here as work is going through another mental phase.

1/4 of the way through me 100 days...yet another weekend is looming (and a three day one, too!). Have a feeling this weekend is going to be a bit of a tough one but I'm confident I won't give in.

Leaving work now and me bikes in the shed. Might put a few miles in tonight and head off somewhere grassy and quiet. Aiming for a 50 miler as I've been a bit of a lard this week.

My word, here I am catching up on the thread from last week and on page 3 and I can feel emotions flowing through me

Am thinking 4 drinking days out of 89 days is making me channel feelings better and now 30 AFD makes me more in touch with feelings and emotions instead of numbing them with a drink.

I feel I have turned a corner for now.......in a positive place......need to crack back on with the exercising again as have lapsed with this for the last few weeks.....happy, smiley, sparkley for now....is this me now? I think it really must be!

Who is scoring for May please and can you put me down for another 31 AFD target please

Trying for AFD3 tonight and feeling a bit wobbly as its a Friday and a 3 day weekend. Can't believe I'm hanging after sleeping so much better the last few nights. Off to put the kettle on to keep me busy. :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Just nicked this off Shaggy for Fay hope you had a lovely day

Right off to walk the dog then search for some fizzy soda in Sainsbugs to go with lime cordial for tonight's delightful refreshment to accompany my ever so slightly mahoosive overspend in M+S today when I popped in for a curry and bought rather more than that :o

Let's all try for a Alcohol Free Friday and stick some fingers up to the drunk Bank Holiday weekend!

That reminds me I saw some billboard posters today advertising alcohol ready for the sunny weather. That connection is a strong one - drink in the sunny weather and now the advertisers hammer it onto us
