Hi DB and thanks for taking this on. I'll go for my usual 10, meet it or beat it!

Evening all.
Been edgey all night in a weird kind of way..not wanting to relax...and yet nothing's really wrong. Just a typicla Friday night struggle to switch off.
Just feel like hiding and growling...not much fun sometimes!
and yet....another day...
take care
BisFor what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
Bismarck - Hope you managed to get a good night's sleep, and relax eventually.
Enjoy your weekend!
After being up for 27 hours straight I finally fell asleep, at about 9pm last night..
Woke up at 2.30am this morning! :-/
Have been awake since then, but I'm not too worried, as I have had 5 1/2 hours of quality, deep sleep. Feel pretty good, calm, and clear headed this morning :-)))
My fridge is empty other than just enough milk, for 1 coffee, and some eggs :-)
So, I'm gonna get myself some scrambled eggs on toast.. Yum! Hardly ate yesterday, and due to blowing about £75 on drink last week, I now have £4.30 to my name, until next Friday. Now, this week is going to be interesting!
It could be worse.. I have a roof over my head. I'm warm in my my lovely, comfy bed. I can afford to go and buy some milk, bread, and chocolate, and have a nice walk, when the shop opens at 7am :-)
The birds are singing, bringing in this beautful morning.
All my paperwork / bills / budget / plan of action / CAB form are all filled out 10 days ahead of schedule, and are filed away tidily.
Able to appreciate some good stuff, a bit more easily, as I'm sober.
Am starvin' Marvin.. Need my eggs on toast and coffee!
Have a great weekend all of you,
Lots of Love,

Morning everyone. Sim you sound so upbeat - great to hear.
Been AF here for the past 4 days. and feel good for it but have been planning out some budgets and it's going to be really tight in the coming year. Sigh.
DB, I won't set a target, just take it one day at a time.
Anyone doing anything special for May Day?Trying to keep in budget.

DB - a target of "Lucky" 17 for me please. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
