This is so overwhelming.
If anything is going to keep me sober, and focus me on meeting the professionals for help next week, it is this.

Sim have replied on your new thread, think you are on the right track.
AF - not a drop since Sunday, think I've been AF for at least 18 this month, but lost count.DC.

Morning all :hello:
Just today to do and I will have completed another whole month AF! Woo Hoo. Not bad for a "cutter downer". BUT I've "only" lost about 2Lbs this month so it's not helping my diet as much as I would like
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

You might get one on Freecycle. What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Sim - Nationaldebtline has also lots of template letters but wait first before talking to CAB. What you could do is to send letters to those who are chasing you telling that you are seeking advice - I am sure template for this is on National Debline website.
I can only identify four areas that you might be able to save some money: electricity, water, mobile and groceries. See if you are able to change electricity provider (don't get me started on n-p0wer ) and get cheaper tariff, also are you on meter? if so your bill should be less than this (I have one adult and a child and washing machine on most days and pay less), see if you can downgrade your phone - see how much you really need to use it and find cheaper way - I have 200 free minutes which are more than sufficient for me and pay £20.-, you know yourself that you don't have £170 for groceries as when the money runs out that is the first you have been cutting down. I am sure there are peeps here that are more apt than me to give advice on this.
Have you checked if you are entitled to council tax benefit? There is a good website for checking stuff like this.
Must do my own DCA letter writing shift now - they are all w@nkers - don't take it personally."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."
