I think a lot of women with facial hair have tried so many different things and spent so much money trying to have it removed that they just give up and decide to live with it. I know I have...;)
Maybe she's a man though....
There is that.
Tell me about it!!! I seem to spend so much time walking around with an angry red top lip and chin from waxing- its looks worse than the hair!!! My poor elder sister has polycystic ovaries and has mega probs with hair-shes having some sort of lazer treatment soon-hope it works for her, even though its going to be really expensive.
Have a brilliant day everyone, its lovely and sunny here, hope it is where you are too.0 -

Morning!
Yesterday I got a phonecall from J, she was asking me what I would like to do when we meet this weekend because she wants to go for a bike ride. It just so happens that I'm doing an 18 mile bike ride on sunday so I told her this and it turns out she's doing it as well, so that's cool. Then afterwards we're going for a pizza at lunchtime and to watch the Italy vs New Zealand game.
so that's all well and good.
I was about to say good bye when she said 'hang on' and confessed to me that she'd got a phonecall from my ex's sister who had noticed I'd become friends with her.
oh dear...
but no, on the contrary, it turns out my ex's sister had very nice things to say about me and merely mentioned 'well, he went out with my sis but she pretty much scared him off with her usual craziness. hope you have a good time together and don't worry, I won't tell my sister, I barely speak to her these days anyway'.
I told her that I had noticed in some of her photos she was with my ex's sister and it came as a bit of a surprise but these things happen, especially in Bristol, and anyway, that was all in the past and I just want to look forward to a nice bike ride and afternoon with her. she said she did too.
so that's pretty good, I had feared for the worst but maybe I was just reading too much into things, as usual.jusqu'ici tout va bien0 -

You sound very much in demand BP
haha, I wish. I'm just hoping I've met someone who is keen to do similar things that I've recently developed an interest in, mainly outdoors stuff like cycling, going for walks, photography etc..
I was anything but 'in demand' this time last year when all I got was grief from my ex for not wanting to buy a flat like she did, it really affected me back then and I started feeling like I was utterly useless. Not a good feeling to have seeing as I was already heading down the slippery slope of drinking far too much and far too often.
It's amazing what a bit of exercise can do for your mood, I slept like a baby last night and woke up feeling pretty damn amazing too.
More importantly, I've noticed an important aspect to my personality recently in that I can recognise when the old paolo is starting to take over when I'm out with friends, and thankfully, thus far I've managed to keep him at bay.
Last weekend was a clear example of this. There's a local festival at a city farm near where I live, they have it every year and it's a great little fete where you always bump into people you haven't seen in ages. Sadly, in previous years, this has also constituted an excuse for the mother of all benders, I'd be there at midday sharp and by 3pm, I'd probably already have had 3 litres of cider, not to mention 'other stuff' and I'd wake up the next day completely oblivious to the previous day having even taken place.
This year I remember all of it and I was up the next day at 10am doing the hoovering of all things! I specifically remember the point where I was weighing up the pros and cons of going to a houseparty and when I saw the people heading towards it, I recognised each and every one of them to be exactly as I was last year so I turned around and walked the other way.
admittedly back to the pub, but still, it was far more civilised than that party could ever have been.jusqu'ici tout va bien0 -

Good evening,
Another very tired person here. Declaring 16 please Miss P, glad you are feeling better.
Need to get on with my "find job near BF" hunt but it is getting very demoralising at the moment."Everything will be alright in the end. If it's not alright, it's not the end."

It's scary.....
Hi tp1,
Hope you're well.
Thanks for the info.
I don't know how to deal with this yet, but I will, somehow!
Starting to feel a bit better, with a clearer head now, after being sober 5 days
