Morning All:hello:
13 AFDs for me please Miss P
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Miss P - hope you're feeling better today.
to all who need them.

I feel rubbish this morning. Had a glass of wine with my lunch yesterday and then there was a bit of a family get-together in the evening and I was drinking vodka (small ones though luckily). My OH and I both agree that we're drinking too much. He said he's not going to have any alcohol until at least Thursday. Im definitely not having any today and will try tomorrow too. I will try not to have any until later in the week too. There isn't much alcohol in the house so I shan't replenish supplies and that takes the temptation away!
Best wishes everyone.with that.
