Had a lovely bath - fell asleep
going properly to bed now...
And before you worry that I shall drown one day I can tell that I have been sleeping in the bath since DD was a baby and haven't been even close to drowning. She will be six this year.

morning all im sadly to say ive done complete rubbish lately ive only had a few days without wine it all started when i went on my holls at the start of april.i was doing well before i did 50 days without the wine before i went away.i havent been on here for along time i surpose ashamed i was hoping that i could just keep drink to the odd occasion.i have started to put on the weight again from where i lost it when i wasnt drinking .
need to get myself back ontrack and post on here most days
