Sadly, i'm on a bit of a timeout for health reasons (how ironic! bad shoulder, limited laptop use) but also I am working crazy hours. Finished at 1am the other day, start at 4 tomorrow

Talking of spiders, and this does bother Budgie so.................. Does anyone remember the finger of fudge advert. Its the one with the little boy who goes down to the garden shed and says: "Today its Harry the Spiders coming out party". I mean no one I know remembers this. Does anyone here? Or has Budgie just dreamt it? (Confused).

I havn't been around much but have been better with the afness...have done the mon-thurs af for the past 3 weeks and been moderate on the other nights mainly so thats all good...

Sim I am soo glad to see you are in such a positive frame of mind now compared to when you first posted....baby steps is a good one to remember..good luck to you, I hope you get to start your conselling soon as that will hopefully help too ..hugs
