Sparkles - throw the scales away. I haven't lost any weight despite all my running but I am definitely trimmer.

I only now finished working. That is what you get when working from home, can't just walk out of the door when time is up. Due to distractions ended up working in bits throughout the day. Not good.

Anyway declaring no 3 please Miss P - thankfully tomorrow life should get back to more normal routine.

Chips and sausages for tea anyone :p (oooh - I do know how to live...:o)

Oh and to the weekend drinking question, luckily my BF is TT so no temptations for me at weekends when we meet. (He has dodgy kidneys and can't drink as alcohol being diuretic (sp?) would worsen the situation)

    Welcome :)

my blootered comment was a bit lighthearted and flippant - not really as a measure of afds/ non-afds! I'm not sure my humour is often translatable to forum posting xx

I'm generally most impressed by any ability in moderation I have as well as any abstinance.

I'd like to get to that 'take it or leave it stage' but bothrequire mega diligence.

Welcome to the thread - they are a lovely bunch. Xx

    Hiya Fay,

I knew just what you meant! There's a big difference between one glass of wine and polishing off the bottle and more but not rolling drunk and passed out!

If you're doing AF days and days where you stick to the recommended limits then you're doing great my dear :)
