    Sod it.

    Chinese had closed!

Was about to order from Perfect Pizza. Blimey, they're expensive!

Gonna be sensible, have eggs on toast, and save my money :)

I have been browsing on the local rescue website - naughty girl. They have couple of collies that I am interested in. Hmmm. I might not be able to have the younger one as it says that children 10plus only. Hmmmm. If they are still there after 14th I might go and have a look. Hmmmmmm.....

I would say go and see if you are interested Marru. Those poor animals need a home and it seems like you are a caring type of person.:T
(No pressure though, I'm not trying to force you.:o)

I have to admit that I haven't had a single AF day this month yet. I was entirely sure that I would the other day but then I had to do homework for my counselling course and I just gave in. I'm really not looking for sympathy. I'm hoping my group work will take away these urges. I feel maybe this forum isn't right for me (as I have felt before) but I do find the lovely supportive people on here very helpful.:)

Anyway, I will try harder to stay AF but I feel like other issues are overwhelming me at the moment.

I hope everyone else is okay.:A

Sim - you're saying about the bike...save the money when you're AF and treat yourself to a new one?

    Yep, elfen.

    That's my plan :)

Just wish I hadn't wasted so much money on booze :o

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I have just ordered an exercise ball - wish me luck

You posted that at 11.23pm....Marru, that is just ridiculous, you should've been sleeping not thinking of excerising! I just don't know what's wrong with you lot, running, excerise balls, going to the gym....

Least Budgie had the right idea and returned her treadmill :rotfl:

Right, just made my smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel plus I'm taking some cereal to work as well so that I don't snack on cakes :A

This week's gone really quickly, even though I've been completely by myself at work. In my old school, even when the place was shut and there were a handful of people in, you'd still bump into them cos the place was small (although it was the biggest primary in the area!). But this school, blimey, I was in all day long and only saw the site manager once and apparently there were 15 people in

Spent too long on ebay yesterday, I did sell around £200s worth of stuff this week to pay for DD2s birthday in a few weeks, so I bought a few bits and bobs for her and bought a few bits and bobs for DS too :o. I must stop the ebaying so I withdrew all my money out of paypal cos it was too easy, not real money iykwim. So today I shall be good, eating healthily and taking a book with me :A

I am, however, already panicking about staying AF tonight, it's Friday and I don't know if OH is going out. It seemed like such a great idea to drink last night, thank god I didn't. How do I stop the autopilot from switching back on tonight then having another wrestle with myself in the shop?? I've put my last 2 remaining AF Becks in the fridge ready for when I get in. These actually make me feel bloated so I don't want to drink anymore.

Gotta be in work in 20 minutes and not even dressed so better get a shufty on.

    Have a good day!

    xx
