I didn't know that, about the distance. He does live 120 miles away though! But the DV isn't my main reason for moving, it's the neighbours, but the HV said to make the council aware of the DV since they'll have to take notice of that. As opposed to dithering about my moronic neighbours. They do know about Amber cos most of this has happened since she was born
