Today has not been a good day :( A has always done so well with her food, tried everything and eaten aanything, today she had something she's eaten plenty of times (stew), dunno if something got stuck, or she tried to swallow too much, but she looked like she was choking, more than a gag, took her a few times to get it up then she was sick EVERYWHERE, i was terrified :(

she wasnt tho, little monkey, i tried to remove her from the sick covered highchair and she screamed at me and tried to get hold of her lunch, she thought i was taking it away from her !! lol

and just top the day off, went to change her bum just, pulled her jeans off to which poo, landed on my top and my jeans, smothered up her legs, and she bursts into histerical laughter whilst i sit there not quite sure what to do !!

Hey Ho things can only get better ..........................please lol :P

pinkpig, I very much doubt it is breastfeeding which has caused your problems. I breastfed Alice until fairly recently and although I never left her to be looked after by anyone other than OH she has often been in a room with other people without either me or OH being in the same room and it's never been a problem so if people keep throwing the breastfeeding thing at you, you can just say that you have a friend who breastfed for nearly three years without it causing anything like that.

Marzipan babies - sad to say, but http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl_marzipan_babies5.htm

    cute though! :p
I think they're totally creepy. But I've always hated dolls even when I was a child. I'm very glad the only doll Alice has been given so far is this one which is not creepy because it's a cuddly toy.

I totally agree.. having breastfed my brood only DD1 was excessively clingy.. most research shows breastfed babies are more socially accepting and much more willing to go off and be independant.

DD was BF until about 3.. I tandem fed her with DD4 for a year.. and I have never really had a problem.

Some children are just that way inclined.. DD1 refused to go to her dad at all until she was about 6 months old and then it was only if she felt like it.. actually.. she is 16 next month and is still like it.. lol

    Afternoon all!

Went into town this morning and walked for miles, so I'm sore and tired.

My sewing machine arrived adn I had some fun, not quite rivalling primark yet but I was better than I thought I would be (I did sew a lot when I was at school, my mum had an olde singer), just need to remember how to do armholes... youtube will help :D

Ladies, could you be awfully kind and inform me if the cost of a vehicle tax disk has reduced? I have just received my reminder and usually it costs me £66 for 6 months. This time however, it's only £49.50 or £99 for 1 year. I am ever so slightly confused. (there ye go pigpen ya big grammer polis ye!)
