I f you can find a sit n chat one you'll make new mummy friends too you seeI'm sure someone there will be a similar size/shape to you or know a BFing mum that is and have some lovely advice and support, if you look round my local group I don't think theres a single mum n baby in the same position, you find what works best together and it changes as time goes on

muso, do u use a pillow while feeding? I have giganto boobies too and found using my maternity pillow invaluable. Also, if u can kinda hold ur booby underneath to sort of help keep it angled properly to her mouth, that really helps, plus in the very early days it helped keep his face from getting too buried in the booby, lol. Krystal's on holibobs, i think but maybe someone else also well endowed may have other tips.
also don't be too scared of feeding laying down. Once u get the hang of it, it's dead simple. It took finn a few weeks, actually, before he would do it.

It was rugby style for a good 4-6 weeks here too. It's not so much the size, as the nipple pointing in such a way, that rugby was better. Lots and lots of pillows, I found I had to drop my nipple in her mouth because she was such hard work to get latched on properly, so ended up leaning to the side if I didn't have enough pillows to bring her up to my height.
Could never feed lying on my side, I did manage to feed lying back on pillows, so she was kind of on top of me. Worked for us and I got to dose. Took a while to get right though. Lots of pillows in the bed behind me meant I could rugby ball feed in bed, so no having to go downstairs.
It is trial and error, but keep trying every few days, eventually you will be able to get into different feeding positions. I think once their suction builds up its easier, they can stay one better.0 -
Well done Erin!!!0

I'm using a couple of cushions stacked up at the mo which is fine on the sofa but it doesn't give me enough back support when I try in bed. I find I'm leaning to one side. I may invest in one of the super duper feeding pillows, then I guess I can use the normal pillows for back support.
I might have to be brave and try lying down!0 -
LOL Boogelly

When is it Sami?
Tara I like the aladdin ones that were linked to (twice:))
Or some of these have a bow type thing that may go well with the other shoeshttp://search.next.co.uk/shop/atttype-ballerina-gattcolour-black-gattgender-women-cat-shoes-0?nxti=0&nxtv=0&isort=bst&filter=subset%3a4201Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
