Lots of good news here today
Amber is about the same sitting up too, i'll post a few pics if i can get them uploaded.
Have had to start on 3 meals a day today as she's like a lil gannet. I've been giving breakfast and tea up til now. Gave her some cauli cheese for lunch and she had a bemused look on her face when she realised it was finished, so is currently destroying a banana and a biscotti in her L&G. Good job i have a dog hoover though.0 -
I have discovered 3 sides in the kitchen, including 1 sink and 1 ceramic hob... About a quarter of the way through the job I'd say...
Caitlyn's been asleep about 3 hours... I feel like I should check on her but just know that opening the gate upstairs will be enough to wake her up...
Well done on feeding without the shields Boo! Well done for using them for this long too!! It's probably because she's a bit older now and knows a bit more of what is expected of her... It all gets a bit easier as they get older...
Ooh, I think there's a stirring upstairs...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Glad the sun's finally peaked out - was worried we'd be stuck inside all day! Haven't been to a baby group in eons, really must work harder at being social
. I've been encouraging Finn to try and sit, but he just flops over straight away so not going to force the issue - he is a rolling machine though so this is probably distracting him from the next development, lol.

We had this too last night, 1.30am to gone past 2.30am, when he got particularly vocal and started banging about in the cot. When i went in he had turned and was kicking the cot sides and the soft toys had been thrown all around and he had a devilish little smile on his face. Then 6am was wakey morning time.L
Good job i have a dog hoover though.
Have two of these.
Oh yes and the hot stone massage yesterday was lovely. Very relaxing. Also was brave and went to debenhams and had my eyebrows threaded. I am alergic to wax and come over all Fiona from Shrek if i dare to have then waxed. I am also useless at plucking them myself. As it was just getting a bit toe curling painful it was all over. But a bit pricey at £10. But have yet to find anywhere else in Wigan that does it. - Waits hopefully for Sami to tell me of a cheaper alternative place........
ETA: Beautiful pics of Amber0 -
Aless i think the L&G has strengthened Amber up for sitting. Although i wouldn't rush it either cos like William, she gets tres annoyed at lying down now that she can sit lol.
Amber's hair has gone loads blonder the last week or so. :A0 -

Hi everyone...
I've had a look round the forums trying to find something, but have been unsuccessful. I'm looking for recipe suggestions for a 6 month old. Well, almost 6 month old. He's been on solids since 4 months (he was huge and always hungry), so is basically at 3 meals a day. Just wondering if there's a forum out there on that!
Thanks in advance.0 -
