EA, my passort is still in my maiden name... I have 5 years left on it and I'll be flubbered if I'm going to pay for the benefit of losing them!

When I sent it off to get my driving licence, I just included my marriage certificate so that came in my married name...

I can call myself anything I fancy and have ID for all ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Gorgeous photos ladies :D

Those of you who can see my FB should be able to see today's video. Molly's dressed like a hobo because she mashed orange veg into her nice jeans at lunchtime :rotfl:
If you can't see my FB you should add me or get a FB page and then add me.

:mad:We keep getting those automated spam/junk/unwanted call thingys. I have worked out they only work if they hear a voice, so when i pick up the phone i dont say anything. If its a human they will talk eventually.. :p:rotfl:

    Has anyone seen this?

Two boys, 10 and 11, found guilty of attempted rape of an 8 year old girl on no evidence after she admitted she'd pulled her own pants down and neither of them touched her. She originally told her mother they'd raped her because she thought she wouldn't get any sweets if she told the truth.

So two children are registered sex offenders because a younger girl agreed to play show and tell with them.

    Evening all..

Rhys has a cute new trick.. If you ask "How tall is Rhysy?", he stretches his arms up in the air as high as he can reach! :D For ages and ages, he wouldn't lift his arms above his shoulders so this is fab ;)

He has a busy few days coming up.. 12mth jabs tomorrow (I have a meeting at work and Mum has a meeting with the group she volunteers for so OH is taking the afternoon off to take Rhys - I think OH will be more bothered about the needles than Rhys will be!), play worker visit on Wednesday afternoon with Mum, then we're off to Nottingham on Wed evening to stay over before kidney scan and appointment with kidney specialist on Thursday morning, and then finally meeting our new Health Visitor on Friday afternoon. Have just got an email from his community nurse too, asking to see him to take his blood pressure some time soon too - no idea where we're going to fit that in!

So tired after work today! Don't really know why, probably just didn't go to bed early enough last night  Really need to decide on something for tea too but can't think of what I fancy. Fed up of potatoes and had pasta for lunch.. It's turning chilly here too so not really fancying salad either! :o Might go for a mooch round Tesco but that could be dangerous!

Hope everyone has had a nice day :) xxx :grouphug: and :j as required!

    Hello

Hello everyone! Thought I would venture over to the parent thread seeing as I am now a mummy! My baby girl is 6 weeks old, can't quite believe I am a mummy.

Am after some advice, need to buy some suncream for baby as the weather is starting to getting sunnier and warmer, I know it has to be factor 50 but not sure which one to go for?
Also when dressing baby in the hotter weather do I still put a vest under babys clothes or just put the clothes on without vest?

Same here! Also anything that has to go in his name, he phones up and gets them to note on the account that I have permission to deal with things!
Bless him, hes not an organiser!
I never thought of doing that. When we moved the life insurance people wouldn't let me change his address at the same time as changing mine even though they send letters to your old address as well as your new address. The pension people let me change Alice's but not his. They did once ask if I could put Alice on to answer the security questions but when I pointed out she wasn't old enough to talk they agreed they could talk to me without doing that.
but had to tell you all .. philip finally has a job interview .. for smyths no less .. on friday its only part time but its something :D:D:D ... so big good luck vibes on friday pretty please im going to be in london so bit sad im not going to be there to wish him good luch myself but i'll be back at 5pm ...
:j It's so encouraging to get an interview because at least it shows that he must sound reasonable on his application/CV.

We spoke about going to Paris for a last minute weekend away afterthe wedding, and we planned it all and got all excited. Then realised Lily doesn't have a passport :wall:
And i cant send hers off until after the wedding as im sending mine off at the same time for a name change, and i want to put mine and OH's married date on there :p
Its £77.50 to change the name on mine! You'd think i would get a discount as this is my 3rd passport since 2006!:rotfl:
It's so annoying isn't it - you basically have to pay for a whole new poassport and they only give you an extra few months. I changed mine not long after we got married (and OH got one) because we were supposed to be going to Germany but then he never got organised enough for us to go. (This is because we were meant to be visiting some German friends of his family and he was communicating to them in German so it took even longer for him to write a letter/e-mail than normal and I couldn't do it for him.)

That's shocking. I read about a man in the US who was killed by vigilantes for being on the register. He had been found guilty of statutory rape because he had consenting sex with his 17 year old girlfriend when he was 18 and that meant he was automatically put on the register. But of course the vigilantes didn't know that and just assumed he was some preadatory !!!!!phile.

    Hello Jolene and welcome :)

How's baby Sophie settling? And how are you post-C-section?

Molly was born in August when it was over 30 degrees every day here, and I kept her in a vest and a light sleepsuit or light trousers but kept poking my finger in where her neck met her shoulder to make sure that area wasn't too warm - you can kind of feel their core temperature there and get an idea of how they're doing.

I can't help with sunscreen though, sorry.
