WM i'd say nipping home to put washing out is domestic goddess status :D lol.

    :A:D

Have so much ironing to do. It makes me want to cry looking at it. All that got done yesterday were, school uniform for Joe, romper of Alex, pants and shirt for OH and top for me. (And no before someone says it I am totally not skirt or pants- less today:p)

Oh balls, have just clicked the buy it now button on a maxi dress. Even though it is petite, it will still be too long and it's strapless and I have no strapless bra that fits, so now I have to go in search of one of those. The internet is bad, bad, bad.

Thanks Tia & Caz - I've passed on on the syringe tip to my Mum. I'm just trying to keep myself occupied until I can go home. Only another hour and then I'm going to shut the office so I can meet OH & Liam for the appointment - I don't think I've been very productive today.

Caz - hope your OH gets sorted at A&E - even if it's only so he can hear you telling him to get his dirty shoes off your nice clean carpets :D
They are sending him to ENT consultant as there is something blocking his ear?? they think there could be damage too? just need to wait for an app now :(
and lol at shouting at him as when he came back it was the first thing i shouted :o
Hope the wee man gets well soon x

Not the Rug Doctor one by any chance? Was wondering if they are any good, I was looking at it in Homebase the other day. Need to clean the living room and stair carpet once OH has finished making a dust cloud while stripping the house!
We hired the rug doector last time and it was really good although you needed an awful lot of ID to hire it! this time its from the tool hire place and is really good! i woul;d reccomend using hot water in them as it lifts the dirt better and also dries quicker! one more room to go woo hoo!!
What's for you won't go past you

    Hello Everyone...

    Hope you are all well:)

K is just a proper little boy now, I really can't believe how quickly he has grown up!! He is such a funny little chap now, I love it.....

Had parents evening the other day for ds1 and I am so proud of him. His teacher was full of praise for him, his behaviour and standard of work:D

Went to last Gymbabes today, I have decided not to return after half-term as I will be due right in the middle of the course and also because it is paid up infront, I don't really want the pressure of time schedules with a newborn.....the tots group I go to is more informal and flexible, so I can just turn up as and when.

I am enjoying the lovely weather, although must admit it has been teeny bit too hot, is perfect today though, lovely and warm but with a nice breeze:)

    Keep Well xx

JM - can you take the side off the cot on the lowest setting so she is nearer the floor if she falls out? That is what we have done for Izzy and she has a kids beanbag on the floor next to the bed just in case (which also gives me somewhere comfy to sit when I'm sitting with her at bed time/in the middle of the night ).

ive put some pillows on the floor for the time being, im not sure if the sides come off ya know, its a standard cot rather than a cotbed so i dont think they do? i'll ask OH later, she is so naughty lol!! thanks for the suggestion x

good luck for phillip on fri!

hope baby liam gets better soon ! x

Well that's Amber able to get from lying down to sitting up with no pulling herself up. She gets onto all 4's and just pushes herself to sitting. Lots of almost crawling going on too.

    Go Amber!!!

I'm facing the first real challenge of my no toiletries challenge, having successfully navigated all the Body Shop glitches by going and looking at my Giant Stash o' Stuff. I have taken against my deodorant, but it is a girly smell and until it is finished I can't buy a new one, but it's not like Husband is going to use it... gah.

ON the plus side, I've realised that ebay selling assuages my ebaying urges as much as ebay buying and is not only cheaper but makes money! :money:

*squeals* the early years officer has just phoned me to arrange a visit but whilst on the phone said she had met Charlie on thurs and fell in love with the way him and his wee girlfriend at the nursery are. She then told us she has arranged for us to attend 'a night at the zoo!' it happens every 2 years and there is lots on and free goody bags etc etc, the best thing is that Charlies girlfriend is also going with her family :D:D:D off to google to find out more!!!

:T how cute is that :rotfl:

    Hi Aless :)
did the fairy post ever arrive? I've totally forgotten when I sent it  but I had some other things go missing :(
Do you think the 99p paddling pool would be cheap to post? did it have a brand name on it? I'm after something little for short sunny spells because the pirate ship takes about an hour to pump up and more to squash back down and pack away.

Sami, argos have a beanstalk baby play centre which is currently £6.49 instead of £10. Here is it being modelled earlier ;)
