Am loving the maternity exemption certificate. Back from half an hour in the dentist having tooth drilled down to a point and impressions made. Came away with temporary crown and will go back in a few weeks for a shinny new one. That will be £198 please, oh no it won't it's free :j.
Hugs for Tias poorly Amber.
I know what you mean... Mahassive clean and 2 fillings so far with Exemption certificate!!!The readings are both beautiful, could we have 2?
Dont see why not as we also had the Ecclesiastes passage of 'A time for everything' ....Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.0 -
I've just discovered the very tip of a 7th tooth. Maybe that was the problem last night? So now she has the two middle front ones at the top and bottom, then the next three round on the top left. The back two of them are just teeny tips poking through though - the previous one came through 2 months ago just a tiiny tip then stopped again. One day she will be able to eat toffees, one day!

Caz - so glad the fairies arrived! Did Charlie like it?
I went out at 6am in shorts and a vest (no bra oops!) to put the bins out. My darling son didn't go to bed til 10pm and was up at 5.30am!
He was dispatched at creche at 7,30am with a wave whilst he ate his toast and he didn't even seem bothered!
I have gutted my bedroom, the spare room and the nursery, sorted out all my clothes and put J's underneath the cot which I dropped the base of (by myself I'll have you know!)! Can put him in there now with no worries he's gonna fall out!
I'm supposed to be in the shower so I better go - picking him up at 2pm and then going to my friends for an hour or so.
My weekly list is down to
1. Colour hair (which I can't really do now until my tattoo is healed cos I might get dye on it and I think that might hurt a lot and possible dye the tattoo)
2. Tidy living room & kitchen
3. Shave (that's a reminder for me to properly shave my legs now the sun is here!)
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I tried the code that came after you filled out the survey...?? It was only for free delivery (apparently) but I thought maybe since I hadn't been emailed one it might work for the £10 off too. Nope! (and nor did it give me free del!)
Just thought you guys would like to know, the 99p store has itty-bitty blow-up paddling pools which are perfect for babies. I bought for when the 1st one inevitably gets a hole.

It's bizarre isn't it - and hasn't been affected by inflation. It was £10 per person to get in the first time we went, when J was in my tummy!
Also, we found that they will take a £20 note, but not for two people, so it's one note per person and it doesn't matter if it's a £10, £20 or £50. :rotfl:
I read somewhere that it's something to do with Margaret Thatcher. She did something that made it harder for Turks to travel to Britain, so they started with the £10 visa thing for Brits visiting Turkey.
Nice to get a stamp in the passport though. Been to other European countries and they just glance at the passport and wave you on. Best time was in Majorca. James was about 4, and we were in the queue and this really grumpy man was glaring at the passports and people as they passed. When it was our turn James jumped up at the window and shouted "hola" with a big beaming smile. The man cracked up laughing and then went back to being grumpy looking again :rotfl:workinmummy wrote: »

I had that done when Charlotte was a baby. Then just as the certificate ran out, it all became badly infected and they couldn't clear it up with antibiotics. Dentist couldn't numb the gum enough to get it out (infection affects the anaesthetic and stops it working) so I got referred and had to have it taken out under sedation. All of that was free :money:
