Car boot sale was ace! Got loads of bargains for Henry.
Also popped into Asda on the way home and got some 33p plates and bowls. No bargainous wipes though.
Dora- jealous of your lovely lie in.
Bruno- very glad to here you got a lie in too. Good on your OH, although hope it's not pregnancy insomnia.
Mel- school sounds expensive. We didn't have uniform when I was in primary school, I can't remember why not!:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
Becles, what would happen if you didn't do the ironingsometimes there are worse things than creases
It would cause problems. Nobody would have any uniform etc., to wear tomorrow and it'll be hard fitting it in during the week. I've got such a busy week ahead with masses of work to do, and I need to start packing and getting organised for our holiday as we go away next weekend.
House of vomit here! I felt queasy when I got up, and Charlotte said she didn't feel well either. She sat on my knee then asked for some Weetbix, and she ate that. She was coming back into the kitchen with the bowl when she said her tummy hurt, and she promptly threw up all over both her and my pyjamas and the kitchen floor.
Got washed and dressed and she was sitting on her Dad's knee, then she said she wanted a cuddle off me. I was holding her, and she threw up on my shoulder, then again on my trousers. Had to strip off again, find more clean clothes and wash the floor again.
She seems fine now and is running about like an idiot, but I still feel a bit sickly. Got some ironing and tidying up done though. Going to do some work on my uni essay when we've walked the dogs and she goes for her nap. Here I go again on my own....0 -
well done you! im thinking of getting stickarounds for the bedrooms to brighten them up, also get some of my pics and mirrors up eventually!
I got some of these stickers from ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320477904643&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT in gold.
The bedding and curtains have embroidered 'zzzzzz's' so it matches.3 - please tell J that Giraffe lady says Happy Birthday!
Thank you crazy giraffe lady.Something Special was doing jungle animals this morning so we now know lion and monkey too.
Hammy I love your nursery.
Beclesfor poorly Charlotte. I had to collect L from school on Friday afternoon as she was feeling sick - but she wasn't actually sick and seems to be ok now (doing back flips on the trampoline!).
OH got up this morning with a bad tum, and has been leaked from both ends ever since! He's blaming yesterdays Maccies, but I suggested it may have been one of the cans of lager or glasses of wine or glasses of Jack he drank last night.:beer:0 -
BTW - I've been driving last few days so OK for Wednesday :j

Come on GISI tell us about your bargains!
:rotfl: Sami, I wish I'd seen that sooner, although I'd have bought Gordon Brown just for the entertainment value of seeing what Husband would do if I introduced GB to the bedroom :rotfl:Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Waiting for the babba to wake up from his nap - he has been down for over 2 hours, he doesn't normally nap in the morning these days. I think we may have another tooth on the way...
Poor Charlotte, and Becles and Mr3 - we are all coughs and colds hereplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -
 we've had the drop the height of Molly's crib and she's in there trying to stand up and crawling all over it. I remember looking at her in the smaller version of it and wondering how she'd ever grow big enough that I'd be able to reach her from the bottom of it in the lowest setting.
And my baby now has a proper neck, I only noticed it the other day when her smaller baby friends were sitting up and both of them just have folds of baby skin attaching their heads to their bodies. Molly has a proper little neck.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
