Mum is taking us to the pub for tea :D

Dad treated us to IKEA lunch and then Pizza for tea yesterday, and for lunch today I picked up some Morrocan Chicken CousCous things from ASDA that were reduced to about 60p. Not had to do much shopping this week but next week is busy so I'll spend loads!
I want to get my hair coloured and also have the meet, 3 days at creche so lots of fuel and I'm getting my tattoo done on Thursday (although OH is supposed to be paying for that!)

When will the emegerency budget be? They've only just blimming had one!
Glad Cameron's not on his own though - hopefully CLegg can rein him in abit!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?
  • It was clegg arguing for cutting tax credits in the tv debates!

Glam - they've said a budget to be announced "within 50 days" of him taking office, which was Tuesday, right? so soonish...

Tories will cut Child Trust Fund but in a totally selfish way, that doesn't bother me that much, as we'll be putting money away for him in a different account anyways.

Opened the dispute last night before i went to bed  lol!

Got a busy day since i triple booked my son in his busy social diary, thanks to my useless memory. So am having to try fit everything in without upsetting anyone lol. He's going away in a caravan this weekend with a friend from school, cos his friend does motorcross. He's so excited! I hope he doesn't puke in the car though he gets travel sick and it's a 2 hour drive  Got him some tablets though.

I thought it was the higher paid people that would lose out on TC and as they probably only get £10 a week anyway its not a massive thing. *shrugs*

Tattoo?! :D are you going to bodyworx for it?

IIRC the cons wanted to get rid of TC's for those that earn over £50k and the Lib dems wanted them to be only for "those in need" or something along those lines. I hope they don't reduce them at all levels or something.

tbh - I think CTFs are crap anyway, Its all well and good if you get extra payments but my boys won't end up with much from it and I'd rather the tax money was used for something more important/worthwhile like free prescriptions for CF suffers!

    Morning...

I feel rotten today... Ridiculously sick... A little bit dizzy... And my legs are aching?!

My aunt's on her way over... I could do without it really but I kept thinking I'd probably feel better in a min and by the time I decided I wasn't going to feel any better any time soon it was too late to call her :( Supposed to all be going to meet my Nan in town but I think I'll give that one a miss...

The baby's got the miserables too... Since she woke up at 4:45 and didn't really go back to sleep till 7... And she's fallen off the sofa head first and tripped over her own feet half a dozen times this morning already...

Hubby's doing overtime so it's just me...

    Woe is me... :(
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Morning all,

Had a nice long lie as hubby slept in spare room and got up with Holly so I had an unbroken sleep (except for when i woke up myself 4 times probably out of habit!).

Plan is to watch FA Cup Final, do some DIY/housework and not much else today.

    Morning all

ETA What aless said below has clarity! Loss of CTFs is a bit annoying in principle, but in practice makes no difference to anything for anyone for at least... 10+ years or whatever, so easily handled! Unlike, say, cutting CTC now for some people.

Nice sunny day here, disbelieving of forecast claiming rain in the afternoon! Been to farmer's market and park so far.

E charmed lots of stallholders ("Cheese! Yummy!" "Tmayto! Yummy!" etc), but it went wrong for us after he had some nice cheddar samples, then at the tomato stall the guy was so flattered by the yummy statements he picked E a cherry tomato to eat. He takes a big bite, then his face slooowly twists up in a ridiculous cartoon grimace, then nothing for 3 seconds, ...then he vomits the tomato along with some cheddar regurgitated, down himself and my arms :(
The poor stallholder was mortified and very apologetic and produced many tissues!

Now home briefly to pick up OH before going back out, Wimbledon shopping centre for new OH/Elijah clothes before our holiday in Cornwall in a week :)
