No bread either, and cerial just isn't quite good enough today. grump grump grump.

Sorry to hear that *hugs* Thinking of you xxYeah it seems that's right, i rang the ebay hotline thing and the woman waffled a lot and tried to confused me but i think that was the jist of it. I said "well look at the listing, what do you think?" and she agreed it was misleading along with the pic, and to open a dispute online but that the postage would be at the buyer's cost.
That's the downside of ebayIf something goes wrong, the buyer has to send the item back at their cost, so they end up out of pocket. I would go for a partial refund to cover the cost of buying the basket elsewhere.
Is the lady listed as a private seller or a business seller. If it's a business, you do have more rights and can claim under distance selling regulations. I did that twice - once when a nest of tables came supposidly to match some furniture I already had, but they were cheap and badly made copies. The second was a multi function printer sold "in new condition" but it had been well used, must have had a notice stuck on the lid as it was covered in black sellotape marks, and the scanner glass had blobs of Tippex on.
Tired. Didn't sleep well the night before - woke at 3am and read for a bit, then tossed and turned but was wide awake by 5am so I got up. Did masses of work yesterday, then decided to watch Bedtime Stories (good film!) with the boys, so I was up till after midnight typing up reports for work. Up early this morning as I'm off to boot camp in a few minutes.
Going to the Metrocentre when I come back for holiday clothes shopping and got uni work to do this afternoon. Busy busy
It's a beautiful morning outside. Really warm and sunny when I was hanging the washing out just now. Have a good day all xxHere I go again on my own....0
