Only skim read the last page...

The Buzz Bint sent me a reply

I'm not happy to do this without my postage costs up front, how does that work then?? Cos i know she wouldn't refund my postage and it's about £15!!! And if i could get her to pay my postage i'd just say that's my basket money then ta very much byeee

Should i just open the dispute? I just want a partial refund or the basket, looks like she's playing me here, to try and call my bluff.

So you either send the pushchair back at cost to you (original postage and return postage) OR open a item not as described dispute.
What would be the outcome of the dispute do you think?

Sorry, just thinking out loud here.....

Don't think she has any intention of giving you the basket btw

But i want the basket :( But there's NO WAY i will pay that sort of money for one

    Hello Brednall.

To be honest, if you have a happy contented little baby then I personally would not bother introducing solids at the moment. If she was waking up and looking for more regular feeding for an extended period, then fair enough, but if you have a nice little routine going that suits you, I wouldn't disturb it unless I had to! I found life easier when Holly was taking 4 bottles a day every 4 hours. If she is draining the 7oz bottles, you could make her 8oz bottles.

You picked a lovely name for your little girl! Will you be following this post with some piccies??!! :D

Lol i dunno, there's the chance they could rule in her favour, knowing my luck :rotfl: That'd be shameface all round.

Well Beenie, the worst that can happen is eBay say that she's okay in not sending the basket - but then you're not out of pocket any money and you still have the pushchair. I'd open a dispute!

Open a dispute. Part missing. She can't force you to return it for a refund, she will then have to keep fighting (while paypal with holds her funds) or offer you a partial discount or just send you the basket. How much do you like the pushchair and is it worth you paying £15 to post it back?

If you bought it from a shop they would send you out the missing part, not tell you to return it.

Beenie - I have never bought or sold anything on Ebay! I have an account but have never used it. I would have assumed the basket would be included as it was in the picture, but then I would have assumed it was included when you buy a Buzz anywhere, and on checking, it is not. Have you phoned the number that Tara mentioned? I would phone them first to see where you stand before deciding whether to open a dispute. If they sound positive, I would open a dispute just to be stubborn.
