Caz, I also chucked 2 bin bags of clothes in the clothing bins at asda!

I can feel the house getting lighter with every bag of junk I throw out :D

ETA, the picture does work as 'evidence', a buyer tried to say I sold her a DS that didn't power up, but in the picture it showed it powered up, so ebay ruled in my favour (she had bought it (broken hinge) and it worked out more expensive getting it repaired than she thought and the person who did it, broke a little cable, so she thought she could get a refund, but didn't want to return it. I'd have happily refunded her if she had returned it (since it all worked)).

LOL - will he be able to sit through it in January next year...:D
Joan Collins is doing the panto in Brum, as well as Nigel Havers, Julian Clary and Keith Harris and Orville ()
MFD, Poppy has been going to the theatre for quite some time and loves it (although I don't take her, my sister and Mum do!). She is entranced by it all but the shows are designed for children and relatively short (Milkshake, Noddy, Hi5).xx

That helps me guys thanks as was thinking of taking Henry to either Postman Pat or Little Big club which includes BTB, Barney, Fireman Sam and was worried whether he would be ok as it says from 3 upwards.
I'm in the Lancet next month for being the first builder to give birth twice! :D:rotfl:xx

You as well... that makes 2 of us :rotfl:

duh me meant to say happy birthday to Beenie :D

And if we're talking birth years, mine was 1978. I've a terrible memory, but vaguely remember being in the hospital and my mum and aunt visiting me - I think I was only a couple of years old but not sure.

I'm trying to put myself in her shoes, and this is the first time i've EVER been an awkward buyer lol, but cos i'm stubborn i don't know if what i'm emailing is too harsh?!
The picture clearly shows the basket attached to the pushchair, there is no mention in the listing that the basket was not included.

eBay rules state "Always provide clear and detailed pictures that truly represent your item so there's no confusion about what you're selling"

On that basis please can you send me the basket or refund me the amount appropriate for a replacement basket?

    Many thanks.

Not harsh enough I would say - but then I am a cow LOL

    I would add:

If you did not intend to include the basket in the sale then your picture clearly misrepresents what you were selling, which again is a clear breach of ebay rules.

But I would call the freephone number and ask them the question informally - then you will have an idea if you are in the right or not and you can add this in to your email.

    Lovely post Squishy.

It sounds like some of you have been very productive - I've saved my ebay listing for later on when I'm tired from all the manual labour that is required to turn this apartment into a place where people do not have to apologise for the mess automatically.

Beenie, open the item dispute, say clearly that the basket is shown in the picture but doesn't say it wasn't included and ask for the partial refund or a return at seller's expense. Be totally clear and remember you're in the right.

I hope your OH is ok Caz.

Right, I'm off to clean the toilet. Glamorous life a mummy leads...
