    Good morning all :)

:bdaycake: :D _party_ Happy birthday Beenie! _party_ :D :bdaycake:

We had a very sleepy baby last night. He napped for four hours in the evening (which is about 2.5hrs longer than normal), up for 20mins to drink milk, another hour nap, woke up for more milk, then we expected him to be unsettled and up for hours but as soon as we laid him in his cot, he was out like a light for another six hours, then woke up singing to himself! *shrug*

I've booked for the pump to be collected today, anytime between 11am and 5pm, then realised later than we were due at the hospital for bloods at 12pm. I've just phoned them to see if we could move the blood app to later when OH will be back in from work to stay in and wait for the collection man, to be told the bloods weren't booked at all anyway! So they said "come in at your leisure, we're not busy" - cracking! ;) We'll go at about 3pm, then can go to Mum's after that to pick up the food for tomorrow. She's waiting in at hers for a delivery all day anyway too so party food from Tesco is being delivered there, but I still need the milk for a cuppa here! :)

Inbetween all that, I need to get blitzing so the house is ready for visitors tomorrow.. Need a cuppa first tho ;)

Hope everyone has a good day xx

Agreed! I work in CRB checking and seeing people applying for jobs with the date of birth 1994 is really weird. I left school in that year! I was only just getting used to people born in the 80s!

DD1 was born in 1994- How old do I feel now:)

I was born in 73 same as you SB

Rubys speech is really coming on and she has started to put sentences together of 4/5 words but sometimes she just talks nonsense with just the last word pronounced correctly so you dont actually know what shes said at all:p

Gahhh!!! My bridesmaid dress & shoes just arrived. Pretty and all, but my sister has picked shoes with 3 1/2" heels!:eek: alright for some, but I seriously wobble on anything over 1 1/2"...oh dear, lots and lots of practicing in the next 2 months, I suppose. The dress is really pretty, but is a tad bit loose so I'm going to have to figure out how to find a tailor around here...

Happy Birthday Beanie. Just flying in quick, we are having a busy day again today. One day I will sit down for more than 5 minutes. Possibly when a certain someone grows up and moves out ;)

If you ring round some local bridal shops, they generally have people they suggest for altering dresses....

My wedding shoes were 4inches... I wore them for the service and photos... Then changed into glittery white slippers from new look for the rest of the day

And in a completely no stalkerish way...:o I was reading your sisters website yesterday... The proposal story made me cry!!

    I am such a sap...

A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

oh mel, i hope u get it all sorted. He's been through it all a few times before, so hopefully he understands how pregnancy hormones make u crazy!

Kindof, go take a nap or u'll be shattered for the rest of the day.

Pretty good night here, finn was asleep til 645, which is very good these days :)

Oh, curious to know...what do you ladies consider the max to pay for a used learn & groove? The ones near me on ebay seem to be going for quite a lot!

Not sure aless, what do you mean by quite a lot? If you really want one and they're still cheaper than you'd ever pay for a new one (including sales, discounts etc.) i'd say its worth it.

Morning all. Monkey here was wide awake at 5am  She woke for a feed at 4:30am and seemed sleepy as usual but woke up as soon as i put her back in cot. But i was shattered cos she'd been up 1am-2am as well, so i was a cheeky mummy and put her in bed with me and just let her suck for a couple of hours while i napped!! Think she must have dozed off a bit otherwise she would've told me she wanted to get up :)

And we were gonna go to try bounce and rhyme at the library this morning at 10 but she's just gone to sleep. oh well. think i'm gonna go and get her weighed tho - its 4 weeks since we last went when she had her last jabs so might as well keep it to every 4 weeks.

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEENIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    xx
