Death of Lennon is one of my earlier really crystal clear memories but I was already 6. I certainly remember ha'pennies but not in the way that 3's grandfather did. And pound notes yep. In general I have truly fuzzy childhood memory though, OH is frequently amazed that I can't remember xxxxxx thing about my childhood! :(

I find my memory of my childhood fades as I get older. It makes me sad :(

They have come just in time - we're going on my sisters hen weekend tomorrow and I'm putting together a pamper hamper for her! xx

Thank my assistant - she got p1ssed off with them being on the side in the office!! I hope the postage was enough, we chucked them between us for a while and she decided to use all 4 stamps that she had left :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Yes stamps were enough :)

We used to call Josh's bits his widjul. Now he's older he calls it his willy and his nuggets. No idea what we're going to call Caitlyns yet. When me and my sister were young it was our tuppence. And boobs were chesters!

And god forbid they walk in on your when you are attempting sanitary protection :eek:

Charlotte knows that Mammy's bummy bleeds sometimes and I need to use special nappies. She's been in the bathroom when I've been attending to things and I don't see the harm in it.

She calls her lady bits bummy apart from in the shower when she rubs a flannel over it and says she has washed her cheesy bits - blame her Dad for that! She also has to wash her sweaty pits as well :D

It was willy or tail here, until the boys grew up and discovered ruder words!

She calls contact lenses eyeball stickers :rotfl:

Jack and Bob have really furry bottoms and I have to keep the hair trimmed otherwise they get lumps of poo stuck in it. Charlotte always says they have "bum crumbs" :rotfl:

My earliest childhood memory is my 2nd birthday. I got a budgie from a pet shop in town, and I can clearly remember walking back to the car, past the museum carrying the box with the budgie in as if it was the most precious thing ever. I taught him to speak but I couldn't say budgie, so the poor thing spent his whole life thinking he was called Bobby Budgerie :rotfl:
Here I go again on my own....

My earlier memory was when I 2, and my mum made me leave my ladybird buggy outside next to the bins as we left our flat, as it was broken. I remember looking back and seeing a man rolling it away, and thinking to myself "It's not broken now!!! I want it"

The one after that, is escaping my real dads house to follow my mum, I crossed a busy main road, and loads of little roads, in my pyjamas and bare feet, in winter! To go to spar, I dunno how I knew she was there but I did. Was 2 then too :rotfl:

I always wonder do you only remember bad things from childhood, do they stick in your memory for longer?

Bruno I think Lennon died the week after my 7th birthday - I didn't realise you were as old as me!

I think I remember it because my parents were so very upset!

*ahem* Just to be clear you were 7 and I was 6 - that is a world of difference :D but yes I am quite old :(

and maybe this can be my defence vs OH in the future when she mocks me for not remembering stuff :/ she is 7 years younger and therefore can remember more!

At the risk of harping on again the Kiddy Comfort Pro is 9 months to 12 years and is the Which Best Buy for the safest Group 1+ car seat because it is virtually impossible to fit it incorrectly

We have the Infinity Pro because I can't imagine that a car seat used for more than 4 years (which is what the Infinity goes up to) will be anything other than minging :D

I think this is why I remember it too. My mother went to art college with JL, and my uncle called from his RAF base where he was on night duty and found out very early on.

I, however, was 18 months old and you are a bunch of oldies :p I don't remember anything else from that period but there are a few memories from when I was 2 and a few more from being 3 and 4.
