Krystal - the finger isn't infected but is just healing really weirdly! Apparently it's over heald!!! So there is a build up of skin around the side but not over the top, it's also proving hard to keep dry what with all the hand washing after nappy changes and I seem to have clamy hands! For something that started off so small it's really big now and it'll probabbly leave a scar.

I was thinking beginning of June, 1st week. But OH has turned his nose up and I don't get it. If we all AI then restaurants and stuff don't matter. Have found 5* AI for next year, 1 week 2Ad, 2Ch + Maddy from our local airport £1500, thought it was great! :(

That's a brilliant price. Where is it going to? And why is hubby turning his nose up?

I wasn't keen on Turkey at first. I thought it was dirty and the people hassle you all the time. Went as hubby really wanted to go and I love it. It's spotlessly clean - cleaner than our town centre at home! Rubbish is collected daily and streets are swept. Businesses wash down the path in front of their shop daily too. Food is gorgeous and the scenery is fabulous. People do give a little hassle, but it's more good natured than making you feel uncomfortable. They're fine if you just politely say no thanks. They make a huge fuss of the children and it's nice they way they get spoken to individually. Love the culture and love hearing things like the call to prayer - very exotic.

Two weeks today and we'll be on our way to Turkey :D
Here I go again on my own....

    Morning lovelies,

Sorry I've been MIA for ages again - been catching up on my mobile in the middle of the night but can't post :(

Hugs for Glam, hope you're up and out of the hospital quickly & feeling better soon hun, and glad it was the appendix & not something more sinister :) x

Loads of get well vibes for Krystal's nephew, xx

& lots of kick the OH in the head vibes for TIA :p self defence classes for your boys sounds good, hopefully give them enough for these boys not to want to fight any more.

Tara where in Turkey are you thinking? I've been to a couple of places & enjoyed both, Morocco is also lovely and prob around the same cost? & cheaper when you get there :D Went to Tunisia a couple of years ago and hated it :o

Beenie don't think I've stuck my head in since neighbour problems got worse - bl&8dy idiots, I hope you manage to get moved quickly. If I were you I'd have death metal blasting out during the day while you're out, make their ears bleed  & £30 from the ex is a joke, thank god Amber has you as her mummy :A

Som finger sounds grim :( did the bottles arrive ok? Sorry it took me forever!

EA Guy is just getting into 'toys', he's got this thing that chimes that he bats and he loves it! though the thing that gets the most reaction is tounge poking!

Kindof hope you enjoyed your night off, and make sure you do take advantage of MIL in the day. I can only imagine how stressed you are knowing how stressed I am and Guy's a relatively peaceful little kid. And poor Elliot :( Are they seeing him regularly to check on him?

Reading all your babies weights make me feel like Guy is massive, he was 11lb 13oz last Thursday!! With a 99.6th centile head :p She tried to worry me asking me to go back and get it checked constantly incase it's growing disproportionatly, can't say I'm worried, I think it's cos he's housing lots of brains :rotfl: He's doing really well & is becoming a total joy with all the smiling and cooing :D

We've been mega busy, dad is a bit unwell so have been taking him to hospital apps as he's scared of hospitals so without someone there to pin him down he'll do a runner!! Worried he might be admitted next week poor thing :( OHs mum and stepdad are back in the country for a few weeks too so have been busy pandering to their every whim (personal fave - rang at about 4pm on Tue aft to be told they're coming for dinner, please cook X and Y as it's step dads favourite ), stupid flucker. And OH has had his wisdom teeth out so has been under my feet!! And he has a job interview Monday so lots of luck vibes please :D If he gets it, it'll be enough extra £s to mean I don't really have to work
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

Gym, Caitlyn had a massive barnet when they first measured it... The HV checked herself twice lol... They never asked me to go back though? I figure if it's not so big she can't lift it then she'll be fine... ;)

My darling daughter decided that 5:30am would be a good time for getting up but I persevered and put her back in her cot and she was back asleep for an hour at 6:30, bought her in bed with me at 7:30 for a quick feed and we didn't wake up till 8:30! quick panic we'd be late for church but we're OK... Just need to dress the baby and we're off... :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

:eek:your talking to us naked lol!

If I'm at home I'm almost exclusively in my undies or less :o

Good vibes for Krystal's nephew and for Glam's insides - I'm not all caught up yet so hopefully there's some good news (I see there is, awesome).

Hugs Tia, if Husband behaved that way he'd be sleeping on the neighbours' sofa. We disagree on some parental stuff, but we do try to be united in public so we don't make the other look stupid. Set the zombies on him.

Tara, my wedding shoes were blue. And my husband was both new and old :rotfl:

Beenie, has there been any update on your neighbours or from your HO?

Conference went as well as can be expected, my talk didn't go so well but then it was only a small one. And I didn't get the job in Lehigh that I applied for but we'll see what happens. I'm happy to let things just go a bit for the moment...

We're off on a photo scavenger hunt today, should be excellently fun!

morning - hi to anyone who can remember me. It seems like months since I last logged on. I've been so hectic IRL that I've not really used my lappy much lately and its been dogdy to connect since it got fixed so it seems like too much of a faff most days.

Anyhoo Archie has just passed 2 and a half (wow its gone quick!) and is still growing really quickly. His vocabulary and talking ability amazes me still (as my first was hardly talking till 2 and a half) but it seems normal compared to other children I know now so I guess I was just out of touch back then.

My big news is that I'm going to be an aunt soon TWICE as both my brother's partner and my sister are due this yr. My sad news is that I had a (very early) misscarriage this yr and must have actually got pregnant about the same time as my sister :-l - no one knows though as it was a very early miscarriage so I'd not told any one I was pregnant yet, I'm ok now though :O) although sad I'm not going to be trying to squeeze another LO into my too small home.

Also sadly our little cat has gone missing so we are very worried about her. She's chipped so we should have heard if she was run over but as the days go by I'm losing hope that she is ok.

Well thats my news just off to grabbit board to see what great deals I've missed in the last few wks
