Baby feet are mega cute :D Isla always seem's to have freezing cold feet though so I keep covering them up, I can't wait to have her on holiday with nice toasty feet on the beach whilst she no doubt tries to eat sand :rotfl:

    Nommy Mexican Wraps

    Core stuff:
Black beans, dried, half a bag
    Few cloves of garlic
    An onion
Coriander, cumin, chili powder, pepper, little bit of salt
    Tin of chopped tomatoes
Any or all of peppers, sweetcorn, carrot bits, mushrooms
    Tortilla wraps

    Optional extras:
Cheese (not really an option you can leave out unless you're vegan or desperate)
    Salsa
    Lettuce
    Sour cream

    After lunch:

Chop the onion and the garlic and throw them into a saucepan. Add a bunch of spices and stir them around till they smell gorgeous. Put in a bunch of water and the beans and bring to the boil. Don't leave a spoon standing in there because it comes out purple. Keep on an almost-boil all afternoon, checking in every now and then and adding more water wherever necessary. About 40 minutes before you want to serve it take a look, and if it looks like it needs water don't add any. Add the tin of tomatoes instead and keep cooking it.

Warm tortillas, grate cheese and make salsa (or remove it from the fridge if you are a lazy monkey like me). Spoon vaguely dry, still juicy bean mixture into tortilla, add cheese and extras and wrap. Serve and marvel at the leftovers for everyone's lunch for tomorrow.

And now you may thank me, Weezl, and tell me that Jonathan Creek is all mine. *loves*

Sorry MDW hope Katies eye are ok soon. that must be tough having to get up during the nite and do it. How long has she had it? or does it keep clearing up then coming back again?

    Just catching up.

Scruffy - it goes it comes back 5 weeks between the last lot and this one.

I was exactly the same though at the same age, the wind blew in the wrong direction and I would wake up with sticky eyes.
