Have to agree with Tara there, OH's ex is completely psychotic but at least I dont have to deal with her at all
I stay well out of it all, and am very thankful for it!!

Thanks Tara and Emlou xx
See now I feel like I have painted her in a bad lightI do like her and we do get on, but she p1sses me off over this whole thing. She wants him every other sunday so she can have fun with him...but she wants us to have him every Saturday night (last week MIL babysat - she does that occasionally but only in the last 3 or 4 months).
I dunno - mostly our relationship is fine. I wish hubby hadn't told me (although then I would be fuming that he was keeping stuff from me LOL!)
Emlou - I see Seth is a proper walking monster too now :T:Tplease listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120 -

I did think that you normally got on! Do you think maybe she was annoyed that MIL babysat Benjamin but not DSS, so she ended up staying in when she would normally go out? Does she have any kind of social life during the week do you know? It may be that she was just feeling grumpy and sorry for herself because she missed out on her weekly social event?
Seth is toddling everywhere  I'm not sure I approve!! He moves a lot quicker than he did when he crawled! I miss the baby I used to lay on a cushion on the sofa while I nipped to the loo, and would find him in the same place when I got back! This one just seems hell bent on getting under the dining table and pushing all the chairs out and around the room, and climbing onto the coffee table and onto the sofa, and getting bruises all over and I dont know where they came from!!
Tara, what kind of bits are you looking for?Mummy to

Tara we did confetti and balloons. DIY all the way. Tie your balloons together with weights on etc all ready so that in the morning all someone has to do is fill them all with air. We had a love hearts (swizzels) theme so our confetti was made with the date of the wedding on one side and just married on the other. We also had bowls of love hearts on the tables!!
The annoying thing is I just sold all my weights and left over balloons, they would have been yours if you had wanted them.Everyone is entitled to their opinionEllie 25/12/070
