    Great news elle!

And happy being an American, Finn!

Molly's an American too, but the UK papers are so expensive that all we have to show she's British are her birth certificate naming me as her British mother. I have occasional nightmares about a war breaking out here and we all have to be evacuated, and I have to give Molly to Husband because the British Embassy won't take them in and the US one won't take me.

Has anyone been to any sing and sign classes? I'm trying to decide if I should go to some, £65 for 10 classes. Not sure if Erin will take much in??

Hellllllllp...am trying to finally cash in on GISI's Vertbaudet thingee from the last thread to get Sophie changing bag. Can't find when it ends/ended (GISI, does your mag ad say??) but the code seems to work for adding the "free gift" to my order but won't take off £10. Thing is, not even the code from the main website (£10 off WYS £20 plus free del) works either. Stuff in basket is not happy price or on sale, I've triple-checked. Anyone know what gives?

Jenny, my thoughts on sing and sign are... prepare for random points...

Babies generally start paying attention to signs at about 6-9months, but won't usually sign back till 9-12months (if at all).

If you want to use signs you must be consistent in using them, but you must also remember that the sign is only to back up the word, not to replace it.

What signs would you want to learn and would you use them?

Pay if you are interested in the signing, but if you are not, then it's a lot of money for some singing when you can buy DVDs for about £10-£20 off ebay and just go along to a toddler group.

(my thoughts, I have nothing to back it up with so feel free to pick it to bits)

    :j Thats great news :D

Sparkle - black would look fab with soem bright accessories. Nice to see you.

Jenny - At our surestart they were from 6months onwards

I've just managed to snap the M key off my lappy - it had a crumb under it and now it won't go back on. OH will have a right strop!

Went to Tesco in the end and they had those mats in store so they are now on the floor. Also went to M&S and got fitted for a bra - still a 34D :j
Then proceeded to buy 6 pairs of shoes  They were however £160 down to £18 - £3 a pair :money::money::money: The benefit of having little feet - although I've got home and had to squeeze into the 3's - oops! :o

    Excellent bargain hunting.

Elle that is very fab news about Rhys.

Have decided that I am going to go get Alex and try and get into the HV drop in between 4 and 4.30pm. His reflux is a nightmare. He is now on SMA staydown formula, with 2 sachets of gaviscon and he is still throwing up.

Have been trying to work out if he is Lactose intolerant (OH is) or if the gaviscon is just not strong enough. Have app with docs on 12 May, but want to talk to someone about it sooner. He is screaming out in the night when lied down, so thats what is making me think it may be the acid that's hurting him. (Shrugs dunno)

Not asking for medical advise, just my random thoughts.

Thanks Tia, just read the email again and she said I can treat the first class as a trial and then if I don't want to go again she will refund the rest so probably worth a try.
