Thanks. I'm not quite on the level of the Queen though.Krystaltips wrote: »You're important to us Susan

I bet Beenie would be more likely to clean her house for you than the Queen, Susan! I am really disgusted that the HO swore in front of Alice. I don't think she should be swearing in front of anyone when she is working but in front of a child is completely inapporpriate!
Ha ha Hammy. It was only a matter of time. Just Glam to be converted now.0 -
Beenie - have you got a joiner in to fix your house up for Susan coming?
:rotfl: I forgot to answer this:rotfl: I think I'd have to be pretty important for someone to get a joiner out in preparation for me visiting.
The joiner was to fix the floorboard in my bedroom that i broke when stomping about in a big rage the other morning :rotfl: 0 -
That's a pretty good summary of what happened. She gave off a whole vibe of not being interested and not being bothered and basically just wanting to write the whole thing off. At one point she gave me a look as if she thought Beenie was making it up. When she arrived she was asking what things it was that were noise issues as if she didn't already know. It's quite possible to be sympathetic to someone without saying that you think they are right but she was just totally cold and stand offish and clearly seemed to think it was all just a fuss about nothing.
And she said the F word in front of Alice. (The housing officer that is.)
I've just rang her again cos the kitchen side are back to their usual noisy selves!!! I FLIPPING KNEW THEY'D MOVED ONE OF THE SPEAKERS!!! ARGHHH :mad::mad::mad::mad:
So anyway i said "you left quite abruptly i am not sure what's happening next can you enlighten me?" lol.
She said well there was no issues with the kitchen side.
I said well come out NOW and hear what i'm hearing because they've moved the speaker back to where it was........ She is obv too busy now but would another day. I said well make sure you don't give them any notice this time!!!!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
OMG i'm so angry, they have a !!!!!!! cheek don't they??? Why if they knew that it was okay as it was today, WHY did they move the speaker back to that corner??? IDIOTS!!!:rotfl: And there was me thinking you and he would eat it and Amber wouldn't. At least he can enjoy reading Amber's book to her.
He said he can't wait to read her new book to her tonight

Susan if a professional person said the F word in front of Molly I'd make a complaint about it. Maybe a couple of complaints about her will cause at a minimum a change in the HO looking after Beenie?Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

I did sweep the floors mind, there was cat sized lumps of dog hairballs everywhere and i wondered if they might irritate Alice's poorly cough :A
And i think i said arsey in front of Alice, sorry

ooooo, i hope u make another formal complaint, beenie! I can't believe she swore!! Much less in front of a 3 year old. Phone the supervisor tomorrow. She deserves to be fired. Wonder if having Susan write a letter saying she witnessed her outrageous benavior would help.top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
