Caz Lovely to have you back. for your OH, I hope his willy scabs and falls off! But :T to you for smashing his car.

Buttons It sounds complicated hunny! Hope a break away from him gives you time to think. It can't be easy living in that situation. :(

:j:T For Boo's bare boobies - well done lady. :T

I bought this for P&J today. Whats the bet it rains tomorrow!

    xx

We got this one at the weekend.

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3650615/Trail/searchtext%3ESAND+AND+WATER.htm

Liv has been playing with it as much as V has. V has mostly been putting the sand into the water, and dunking her head in the water and then the sand. :( It's been a messy day.

It's still supposed to be lovely tomorrow, and Thursday I think.

Bruno... Could you pass my apologies on to E... The numberjacks are still sitting on the parcel tray of my buggy in vain hopes that I might wander closer to the post office... I will try harder this week!!

Now i've got # the numberjacks are on their way # ringing around in my head, thanks for that!

I'm sad I can't come tomorrow and have cake. Well I can come, but i'll be child free so not much point. :(

OH is getting a half day off tomorrow for the football, isn't that just silly? Is anyone else (or oh's) getting time off?

lol well it'll save you having to fill it up ;)

I totally overdosed Amber on the powders tonight (whoops ).

I gave her one after the bath, then a while after gave her a bottle of 8oz which she then puked ALL over me and my bed. Grr, all in my hair all over my clothes, had to change my bedding and flip the mattress and everything

So i gave her another sachet. And then 45m later she was still fighting sleep and crying gave her another. So she's had 3 but she puked!

Aw, poor Amber! Hope she is ok now (and hope the powders normally help! :D).

Being a bad Mummy and not adding the play sand. Can just see the mess inside the house and out!

ETA: just seen your post, 3. Thats why no sand! :rotfl:. I do hope yours is not a better one than ours! ;):p.

I have to say that if the cost to me is £1.6k a year I will be bleeding heavily :( I know 'over £49k' seems a lot, but single-income, wife and child, inner London, I am already not really saving anything! If I lose another £140 a month it will really hurt. Right now not seeing that the cost will be that high though.
We're in the second decile and could afford it so I figured it couldn't be too bad for people who arein the top decile.

Why didn't I think of no sand!

They look pretty much the same apart from the colours. Does yours have a lid?

I was worried about the neighbours cats using it as a litter tray if we didn't have a proper lid.

L & J had an ELC one a few years back and that only had a polythene lid, the cats scratched through it.

ETA: I'm off to bed, todays gardening has wiped me out.

Mel Don't forget to let us all know that you're still here in the morning.

    Night all. xx

Our restaurant has a few screens put in for the cup period and is showing both the UK and US games at different ends of the room tomorrow, and everyone is invited down to watch them. Most people will keep working though I think!

Well - one million factors to consider in personal circumstances beyond base net income I guess, but also costs tend to expand to fit income which is no-one's fault but my own I know! :o

ETA 3, looks the same as ours, in which case the lid is fine :)

I've almost finished the dress. And it looks ok. Not perfect, a little bit wobbly at the sides, but pretty and you know what? I made it for my baby :D So its perfect. Just to hand stitch the wee bits under the arms and buttons. But I don't have buttons and I'm not good at button holes so I think I'll buy poppers and sew on fake buttons.

Mel - I kinda want you to have baby girl 2mo tho :p

Gym I'm sooo jealous of you getting a new house, I wish my craphole was sell-able!
I totally swear byt the amber necklace now too, family keep commenting on it but I've told them its not coming of until he's all growed up! :p he's much calmer now, the only time he really cries is with his constipation and when I have a shower - I don't know why but he screams his head off everytime I have one which is not so good when its something you need to do so often!!

Sugar - have you had an email from secret sales? I've got one saying my stuff has finally been dispatched. I emailed them while u were away and the said Hotmilk had som issue that was delaying them.
