Yep!
I decorated the living room before Christmas - only painted the ceiling and woodwork and I don't think we got odourless paint!
It's more likely the b'tard cats next door have p'd all the way around my house. But OH & L can't smell it.:beer:0 -
I have a box of maltesers which I'm saving for the England game on Weds - not sure if they'll last that long though!
MFD - never had anti-histamines so not sure where your metalic taste has come from?
It's really hot here - can't beleive it I only put the gazebo down yesterday because the weather has been rubbish and the lawn needed mowing. Now I want it back up again!
Has anyone had their eyebrows waxed? Does it hurt?Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -
Thanks, SS & Krystal. I was just wondering about how to wrap them when posting? None have any original boxes but I wasn't sure if the buyers would expect me to box them or whether bubble wrap and postbag would be sufficient.
Finally making a start on clearing clutter! :T

Mel: I was thinking about you this morning wondering if you'd had the bubba yet cos you hadn't been on before 10am! Think you need to check in early every morning so we know whats happening!
I need to go tidy DD's room and its a hovelFeel very sorry for myself
PP it doesn't hurt! DD gets hers waxed and shes a right scaredy cat usually0 -
PP it stings for a minute and I wouldn't make plans to go anywhere right afterwards because you can come up fairly red, but it's a bit easier than plucking them because it's much faster.
I've been getting mine threaded which is also good
This is a good sort of day, where I get loads done and still have time to play on the computer inbetweenOrganised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

PP - It hurts for a second. The worst was armpits  I was then far too much of a wimp to have my bikini done!
Legs and brows are fine!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

SB If they're just soft shoes i'd say an envelope would be ok - then it might squeeze through as a letter.
Mel Have some chocolate - you're allowed. CSH I was thinking exactly the same as I was hanging my washing out. Mel, you need to pop in very regularly to let us know you're still here. You have my mobile number don't you for when you can't pop on?
I've got the local radio phone in on and it's really making me laugh. It's usually just pensioners phoning in to moan about anything - it drives OH mad when he's here.
They've just had a man on who has withdrawn his 10 year old boy from school. The parents were invited in to watch the s e x education dvd before it was shown to the children and this father wasn't happy about it. Apparently it's a cartoon which shows a couple joking about running around the bedroom tickling each other with feathers. Anyway, according to this man, it's pornographic! :rotfl: From the way he's talking, I bet a few 10 year olds could teach him a thing or two.
I can't wait til L goes into year 5 this September. I hope we get to see the dvd - i'll be giggling like a schoolgirl! :rotfl:
PP It's the same pain as plucking, but is over a lot quicker.:beer:0 -
PP, it hurts when it gets done and stings a little afterwrads, but its not too bad. I can't get inbetween (above my nose) done because I end up with lots of spots if I do, but then I don't really have a monobrow so its ok.0

Nope, baby still a big bump atm.....8 days left:)
I had my brows done years ago, didn't hurt but was red for a while after so best not to get it done straight before going anywhere;)
Will get choccy on the way to school:) I suppose it is better than the chalk, which is what I really, really wantUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
