Hey all and happy fathers day for any daddies lurking :)

Don't know where this morning has gone! Really need to get my butt in gear. Tahlie got her daddy pic frame, keyring and some socks and he loves them. While he was out walking the dog I phoned and booked us in for parent and baby splash next sun morning. Numbers are limited to 36 which is why you need to book, under 2's are free tho so v mse :) it will be Ts first time swimming so we are both quite excited, shame we won't be able to take pics.

Underwear wise I got some nursing bra's at mothercare reduced to £13 for 2 (were £26), did quite well cos the match the nicks I got in the sale last time around so for the first time in ages I have matching undies lol.

Q? How do those huggies swim nappies come up? T isn't 13lb yet but I know the nappies she uses say 13lb and are too small. We have several huggies swimmers in small but am thinking I should maybe get some medium.

Henry is around 20lb and still in small, so I'd say you have a while yet :D.

So I'm still stalked on FB then!

Haven't had much time to post. Here's a summary of end-of-May & June so far ....

    My birthday! Peter Kay :)

Andrew had seizures. Admitted to hospital. EEG identified them as Infantile Spasms. Put on steroids. Came home after almost a week. No spasms since hospital, subsequent EEG showed him almost clear.

Marley in hospital for scheduled operation.

Andrew had bad d&v, because of steroids had to take him back to hospital. Admitted for 48hrs and put on drip. All this whilst Marley in hospital! Both discharged on same day.

Teething started. Combination grumpiness from steroids and now dribble-mania and fist-eating. Weaning went completely out of the window, he's back on just milk due to extreme hunger and lack of patience. No tooth emerged.

Andrew had first behavioural hearing test but couldn't proceed due to teething / lack of attention / insufficient development. Rescheduled for 6 weeks time.

Holiday :) North Wales coast. Three days of sunshine, lots of relaxing. Andrew calmed down, stopped teething, came off the steroids. He's now playing independently (woohoo!) for 20-30 minute stretches, and finally making babbling noises (consonants, not just vowels).

If anybody wants to know more from this summary, let me know :D

Nothing much happening then Tigs?

If its any help, teething always affects K's eating. During each bout he'll either go off actual food or off milk. Strange boy that he is!

 I think you deserved a holiday after all that!

My cooker has arrived, delivered by a prat with sense of humour failure!

He moaned he couldn't see the house numbers, the 70 on the door and on the gate were obviously not enough.
Then said have you got a connection hose, no, I thought it came with it. No, because you're not allowed to fit it yourself. No !!!!!! sherlock.
Anyway, I told him my Dad, a gas fitter, was fitting it for us and i'll take the hose off the old one. I'm not allowed apparently!
I asked him where I could get a hose, he didn't know, he's not a gas fitter he's an electrician.

Anyway, turns out Dad took the hose of the old one anyway and hid it in my shed. :D So :p to the prat delivery man/electrician.

I came to the eventual conclusion that ^^that^^ is why I'd had no luck at job-hunting - I wouldn't have been able to hold down a job and go through all of the last month's shenanigans! Hopefully things will calm down now (although we do have some sort of medical appt every day this week), and fate will intervene to give me a good job interview with prospects - fingers crossed.
