No charm bracelets at MFD towers either. But life would be so boring if we were all the same :D

Benjamin decided 5.10am was a good time to get up. I eventually managed to persuade him to settle down but he didn't go back to sleep, just played in his cot until I got him at 6.40am. I didn't get to sleep until well after 1.30am so I am a bit bleary eyed to say the least.

I was busy decorating the spare room for inlaws visiting when I had Josh. A few days after giving birth, I managed to finish the wallpapering, fit a carpet, build two flatpack bedside cabinets and do all the finishing off jobs like putting up curtains, lampshade etc.

And after all that, they insisted on staying in their camper van at a campsite just off the motorway at Durham. It was December with sub-zero temperatures, thick frost and some snow too.

 You must have been knackered!

I thought I was good deep cleaning the bathroom from top to bottom and scrubbing clean a rug 3 days after Alfie arrived but I felt it afterwards :o

Krystal hope your burn isn't too bad.

Aless hope you managed to get back to sleep and weren't up too much more.

SS you sound cheerful today :) Amazing what a good sleep does for you!

A woke up once for a feed then again at about 6ish but I ignored him again and we both wentback to sleep til 8. Bliss!

Off to shower now then taking Grandma to hospital to find out when her treatment starts. Really not looking forward to it.

J is the same! I think I need to start changing his bum at 4am before his bottle because by 6am it's so heavy it's not even against his bum anymore! Could have something to do with the 21ozs of milk he drinks between 7.30pm and 4am! :o

The creche are going to try him with a bottle in the afternoon again - fingers crossed he'll take it!

OH has said he will get up with J tonight so I can have a drink :j

    Morning,

EA hope Lily is ok & you can get her into the docs quickly :) Not sure if you've mentioned whether you've tried anything yet, but I was told acqeous (sp?) cream is not great by a HV and to try and get e45 from the doc

Aless I hope you're still in bed!

SJ hope your grandma is ok & today goes as well as that kind of appointment can x Lovely to see you & Alfie yesterday (& Joe of course!) :D

Just nosing on the preg thread to see if CAFC had popped & noticed them talking about getting a £5 voucher if you request a Silver Cross brochure here :money:

How's Kindof & Elliot? Not noticed here around while I've been lurking!

Boo you should've popped in on me & SJ since you were in Leeds :p

GISI sounds like you had a really nice time, meh to the diet, you've already lost a stone, you deserved the break :D

Had a good night here after a horror the night before - went down at half 7 and slept til 5, had a bottle in bed with us then went back to sleep til 7, I feel fresh as a daisy  Oh and he's now sleeping again! I really ought to be cleaning the house for tomorrows viewing but totally lacking the urge. Off to drop him off with my parents for the day once he's up then going shopping with a friend (she was gutted to hear I wasn't bringing baby along, seriously, am I that uninteresting alone?! :rotfl:)
    Baby Boy arrived March 25th 2010 - 17 days late & 8lb 10oz :j

    Morning all

One success here last night, Henry went to bed without a dummy :j. Decided that he should really cut it out and thought we might have problems, had a few cries for it but then OH went and checked on him and he was fine so hopefully this will continue tonight.

Other thing I was going to ask, which supermarket is it again that changes wrong size nappies without a reciept... when it was B2G2F at Mr Ts I got 2 packs of size 3's for William but as he is now nearly at the top end of that packet thought I better try and change them to size 4s but I cant find my reciept.. means I cant claim Credit crunch voucher as well....
Mum to 2 lovely boys who keep me busy.

Think it just depends on the person at cs maz, some people have exchanged at asda but then some have been refused, i wonder if tesco can see purchases from your clubcard hhmm, maybe worth a try?
